Overview

FlowSavvy uses a hybrid approach: it places tasks marked Auto-Schedule into a calendar and reschedules them as circumstances change. It says it leaves calendar events alone, which makes the distinction clear for people who want tasks to move around appointments without risking changes to those appointments.

Calendar sync covers Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and iCloud Calendar. Task and automation connections include Todoist, Claude, MCP and Zapier, along with a public API on Pro. The breadth of connections helps it fit into an existing personal workflow, but API access is not part of the cheaper plans.

Key features

Scheduling with user control

Users can set scheduling hours, priorities, due dates and task dependencies, then drag an automatically scheduled task to lock it in place. This is a practical balance: let the app adjust the flexible work while protecting a chosen time slot. Priorities, dependencies and unlimited scheduling-hours profiles require Pro, so Basic is a tighter fit for simpler routines.

Recurring work and calendar boundaries

Recurring tasks are supported, but Basic caps repeating auto-scheduled tasks at three; Pro removes that cap. FlowSavvy only schedules tasks with Auto-Schedule enabled and says it never alters calendar events. That separation is a useful safeguard for calendar owners who want automation focused on their task list.

Integrations, access and privacy

FlowSavvy connects to major calendar services and task tools, and its Pro-only API, MCP and Zapier support allow custom automations. It runs on Android, iOS and the web; as a Progressive Web App, it can also be installed as a standalone desktop app in supported browsers. It requires an internet connection, so it is a poor fit for work that must continue offline, and it has no month or year calendar views.

FlowSavvy says it encrypts data in transit and at rest, uses strict access controls and regularly updates its systems. It also says it collects only data needed to provide the service, does not sell personal information and does not use it to train AI models. Free users get help articles; Pro includes 24/7 AI assistant support plus email and chat.

Pricing

FlowSavvy is freemium, with a free plan and a 7-day trial. Basic has no stated price and allows one scheduling-hours profile, three repeating auto-scheduled tasks, five task lists and a two-week scheduling range. Those limits make it suitable for trying the scheduling method or maintaining a small, straightforward task system, but recurring workloads and multiple schedules can outgrow it.

Pro costs 14.00 USD per month, billed monthly. It extends auto-scheduling to eight weeks and includes unlimited scheduling-hours profiles, repeating auto-scheduled tasks and task lists, plus priorities, dependencies and API/MCP/Zapier access. It is the relevant plan for people who need richer controls or custom integrations. The pricing note also gives a paid-from rate of $10/user/mo (annual), so the monthly Pro rate and annual paid-from rate should not be treated as the same term.

Platforms

FlowSavvy supports Android, iOS and web. The web app can be installed as a standalone desktop app in supported browsers, but it is not an offline-capable option. The absence of month and year views may also frustrate people who plan across longer calendar horizons.

Who it's for

FlowSavvy suits busy individuals whose task schedules change often and who want work fitted around existing calendar commitments. It is especially compelling when calendar sync and adjustable auto-scheduling matter more than team or enterprise capabilities. People who need offline access, broader calendar overviews or a public API without Pro should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pros: Tasks can move as plans change, while scheduling hours, dependencies, priorities and manual locking give users control over what moves.
Pros: Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and iCloud Calendar sync support fitting task work around widely used calendar services.
Pros: Pro includes unlimited task lists and repeating auto-scheduled tasks, plus API, MCP and Zapier access for more involved personal automations.
Cons: Basic caps task lists, recurring tasks, scheduling profiles and scheduling range, limiting its usefulness for larger or more complex personal workloads.
Cons: Pro is required for priorities, dependencies and the public API, putting key controls and automation access behind the paid plan.
Cons: No offline mode and no month or year views rule it out for some travel, connectivity and long-range planning needs.

Alternatives

Reclaim AI is worth considering if a free forever plan with one user, one-week scheduling range, one calendar sync, one scheduling link and five AI agents better matches the job.

Routine may fit better for someone who wants a broader platform footprint and a free plan that includes three integrations, three custom databases and 250 AI credits.

Trevor AI is an alternative for web-based planning, with a free plan limited to one calendar account and a Pro plan at 6.00 USD per month for multiple calendar accounts.

Verdict

Choose FlowSavvy if you are an individual with a changeable workload who wants tasks automatically arranged around calendar commitments, with enough controls to protect important slots. The decisive reason to choose it is that flexible scheduling works alongside calendar and task integrations. Look elsewhere if offline use, month or year views, team features or API access without Pro are central requirements.
