Overview

Octoboard combines dashboards and reporting for ad spend, keywords, ecommerce transactions, and website traffic. The range can consolidate related reporting work, while the distinct analytics products mean buyers should choose by workload rather than expect every capability in one subscription. Real-time data refresh and custom dashboards support ongoing monitoring; event limits matter if website traffic is central to the setup.

Key features

Agency reporting and integrations

Agency tools include automated reports, white-label client portals, lead generation, keyword rank tracking, and exports to Google Sheets and BigQuery. More than 350 templates and connections to Google Analytics 4, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Stripe, Mailchimp, and HubSpot give teams a broad base for client reporting. That is a practical fit for agencies standardizing recurring deliverables, provided their source mix matches the integrations.

PPC and data pipelines

PPC Data Analytics supports cross-channel reporting, custom metrics and dimensions, data transformations, and currency conversion. Exports reach Looker, BigQuery, Google Sheets, and a data warehouse; BigQuery exports can run hourly and are logged for audits. These are useful options for teams reusing paid-media data beyond Octoboard dashboards, though the PPC plan's €10.000 monthly ad-spend allowance should be checked against account volume.

Web and ecommerce analytics

Web Analytics provides real-time dashboards, geolocation analysis, IP-to-business conversion, sales funnels, page heatmaps, and custom goal and revenue tracking. Ecommerce Analytics adds transaction reporting, shopping-cart analytics, customer segmentation, sales and order analysis, email marketing, and currency conversion. The focused tools suit operators who need those specific views; they do not remove the need to track each plan's event, order, or email allowance.

Trial, limits, and data handling

The 14-day trial is full-featured and requires no credit card, but dashboard and report widgets refresh daily and show a limited number of days of data. That is enough to assess workflows, but not necessarily to review a longer history. Web Analytics traffic beyond a subscription's event limit may be ignored, and dashboards using live traffic may display notifications, so a capped plan can affect reporting completeness. Octoboard describes its PPC data warehouse as secure and EU-hosted; BigQuery exports are logged for future audits. Data Reports Ltd says it processes data to provide the service and aims to collect as little personal data as possible. Support requests can be sent through the website or in-app Support menu; replies are made to queries that include an email address.

Pricing

Octoboard has a free plan and paid subscriptions from €12/mo, with monthly or yearly billing; yearly subscriptions receive a 30% discount. Prices are in euros, and Stripe processes payments. The listed plans are specialized, so the lowest entry price is not a general-purpose substitute for the higher-quota options.

Marketing Analytics — 15.00 EUR per month: 3 datasources connected, 100 keywords, 20 SEO Audits, 100 website events, and 0 leads per month. It suits small reporting needs centered on keyword and SEO monitoring, but the zero-lead allowance rules it out for teams relying on lead-generation volume.
PPC Data Analytics — 20.00 EUR per month: €10.000 monthly ad spend and 100 website events. It is the relevant entry point for cross-channel paid-media analysis, with spend and event quotas to weigh against actual volume.
Ecommerce Analytics — 12.00 EUR per month: 500 orders and 1.000 emails. It is the lowest-cost paid option for stores with modest order and email volumes; growing operations should account for both caps.
Web Analytics — 14.00 EUR per month: 10.000 events. This offers a clearer traffic-oriented allowance than the 100-event limits on the marketing and PPC plans, but sites exceeding it risk ignored traffic.

The trial lasts 14 days; its daily widget refresh and limited data history should be factored into evaluation.

Platforms

Octoboard supports web and API platforms. Its listed export destinations include Looker, BigQuery, Google Data Studio, and Google Sheets, giving analytics teams routes to continue working with data outside the product.

Who it's for

Octoboard is aimed at marketing agencies, businesses, ecommerce stores, SaaS companies, website operators, and analytics teams. Agencies gain the most from automated, white-label reporting and lead or keyword features; ecommerce and website operators can choose a focused analytics plan. Teams that need uncapped web-event collection, substantial order volume, or a single all-inclusive plan should compare quotas carefully before committing.

Pros and cons

Pro: Broad reporting scope across PPC, web, and ecommerce analytics lets teams cover related marketing and commerce questions in one product family.
Pro: More than 350 templates, named integrations, and exports to common analytics destinations give agencies and data teams several ways to connect and reuse reporting.
Pro: Hourly scheduled BigQuery exports with audit logs are useful for teams that need regular downstream data movement and traceability.
Con: Plans have distinct quotas, including 100 website events on Marketing Analytics and PPC Data Analytics; exceeding Web Analytics' event limit can mean traffic is ignored.
Con: The trial's daily widget refresh and limited visible history can constrain evaluation of longer-term trends.

Verdict

Octoboard is a good fit for agencies and analytics teams that need a choice of marketing, web, or ecommerce reporting workflows plus practical export routes. Its strongest reason to choose it is that combination of agency tools, specialized analytics, and pipelines into common data destinations. Look elsewhere if your traffic or commerce volumes make the plan caps a recurring risk, or if you need the trial to validate a longer data history.
