Overview

RFMS is a flooring-focused ERP that combines financial controls with product, inventory, quoting, and order workflows. It suits flooring dealers, installers, and businesses serving builder or commercial markets that need those operations connected. Its breadth is compelling for that audience, but custom pricing and an extensive workflow set make it less suitable for teams looking for a narrowly scoped, low-cost tool.

Key features

Finance and sales oversight

Accounting brings financial data together with real-time reporting, tax management, and audit trails. That gives finance teams a way to work across routine records and oversight in one system; RFMS also describes security features for sensitive financial information. Sales reporting adds current performance data, automatic accruals, and revenue recognition, which is useful when teams want sales activity reflected in financial processes.

Products, inventory, and quoting

Central product records can accommodate store-specific products and pricing, while electronic purchase orders and spreadsheet import and export support day-to-day purchasing and catalog work. Barcode-supported receiving, physical inventory, adjustments, and warehouse stock tracking give inventory teams tools for maintaining stock records across locations.

Quotes and orders draw on catalogs, pricing, discounts, and shipping costs, and show projected gross profit. That margin view makes RFMS more useful to flooring sellers assessing job economics than a quote workflow limited to customer-facing totals. The broader listed capabilities extend to takeoff measurements, flooring estimates, material orders, installation scheduling, job costing, invoicing and payments, glass estimating, cut lists, fabrication workflow, and material tracking.

Integrations and field mobility

The REST API uses Basic Auth to connect business data with external applications such as CRM, order collection, and project management systems. B2B eCommerce supports document exchange with participating vendors, including purchase orders, price lists, invoices, and shipping notices. A website integration routes leads into RFMS and supports sales attribution, with a choice of RFMS CRM or RLM.

RFMS Mobile supports quotes, order entry, product availability checks, and sales document delivery. Measure Mobile is also listed for iOS, Android, and Windows. Those mobile functions suit teams that need selected sales and measurement tasks away from a desk, while the described mobile data-protection features address secure access. Training options include workshops, classroom sessions, webinars, onsite training, and business process reviews.

Pricing

RFMS Core ERP is paid software with custom pricing; request a demo to discuss fit and terms. With no published price to compare against a team’s budget, buyers should establish the total cost for their operation before weighing its broad workflow coverage against a more focused product.

The Customer Success Plan page gives members support hours of Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST, and Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST. Teams that depend on support should confirm which plan terms apply to their purchase.

Platforms

RFMS supports Android, iOS, web, Windows, and an API. That mix covers mobile devices, browser access, Windows environments, and integrations with external software, giving flooring operations options across office and field work.

Who it's for

RFMS is aimed at residential flooring dealers and installers, flooring businesses serving builder and commercial markets, and flooring manufacturers. It makes the most sense for organizations that need connected financial, product, inventory, quoting, and job workflows rather than a single-purpose estimating or field app.

Pros and cons

Broad flooring workflow coverage: From takeoff and estimates through scheduling, job costing, invoicing, and material tracking, the listed capabilities span more of the work than back-office accounting alone.
Useful financial and margin visibility: Real-time reporting, tax tools, audit trails, revenue recognition, and projected gross profit support both financial oversight and quote decisions.
Multiple integration paths: A REST API, vendor document exchange, and website lead integration can connect RFMS with external applications and sales channels.
Custom pricing reduces budget certainty: Teams must seek a quote before they can judge whether the platform fits their spending constraints.
Specialized scope may be excessive for simpler needs: A small operation seeking only basic estimating or order entry may not need a platform spanning finance, inventory, and job workflows.

Alternatives

For glass-focused operations, Baka Glass centers on cutting optimization, machine connections, production dashboards, and a work-floor app with scanning; choose it when production and shop-floor glass workflows are the priority. GlasPacLX offers a mobile add-on at 45.00 USD per month per additional technician, plus a $75 one-time setup fee per technician, with mobile technician features and Google Maps directions; it is a more clearly priced option when that technician mobility is the need.

GlassManager has a Lite plan at 65.00 USD per month per full user, with field users at $12 per month, a $495 setup fee, a two-user minimum, 100 GB storage, and a limit of one location and two departments. Its defined entry tier may suit a glass business comfortable with those constraints. Glazier uses fees set in an Order Form, billed monthly unless otherwise provided, making it another option to compare when order-form terms suit procurement.

GlaziersEdge is a paid option with a free trial for teams that want to evaluate a glass-oriented platform before committing. Glazier Studio is licensed per location with monthly subscription terms and two feature levels, so it may suit buyers evaluating location-based licensing. MonitGlass scopes custom quotes to operation size and modules, including facility-by-facility scoping, for businesses whose needs vary by facility. Smart Glazier Business starts at 230.00 USD per month for installers and includes Design; extra users and design modules cost extra, and setup fees may apply.

Verdict

Choose RFMS if you run a flooring business that needs financial, inventory, quoting, and job operations joined in a flooring-specific ERP, with mobile workflows and integration routes to other systems. Its main advantage is that operational breadth; its main reason to look elsewhere is custom pricing, especially if your needs are limited to one workflow or require a known budget before evaluation.
