Overview

ManageYourGym covers the operating layer of a gym rather than just one task: attendance, payments, member records, trainer activity and multiple branches sit together. QR check-in avoids the need for extra biometric hardware, while members and trainers each have an app for their respective tasks.

For gyms handling Indian payment methods, UPI tracking, GST invoices and an optional Razorpay connection are particularly relevant. Razorpay payments made in the app settle to the gym’s bank account. The platform’s privacy policy describes encryption in transit and at rest, bcrypt password hashing and role-based access. It also says data may be stored in India or other jurisdictions where its service providers operate, and that full card numbers are not stored directly by the company.

Key features

Attendance and member experience

Members can scan a QR code to check in and out, and the member app adds live occupancy, class booking and dues or renewal payments. Kiosk and mobile check-in, along with attendance reports, make the attendance tools useful for gyms that want more than a digital register. The QR approach keeps check-in from depending on additional biometric hardware.

Billing and payments

The system tracks UPI, cash, card and bank-transfer payments and can generate GST invoices. Connecting the gym’s own Razorpay account enables in-app UPI or card payments that settle to its bank. This is a strong fit for gyms seeking to consolidate payment records and member billing; it does not remove the need to configure and operate the gym’s payment account.

Trainer and branch operations

The trainer app gives staff access to schedules and client rosters, session completion, performance information and payslips. Multi-branch management makes the platform relevant to growing operators, though the number of branches and trainers included depends on the plan.

Pricing

There is no free plan. A 14-day trial is available without a credit card, giving a gym a short window to assess the workflows before committing. Monthly prices and included caps are:

Plan	Price	Limits and support
Starter	$79/mo	Up to 150 members, one branch and 10 trainers; email support.
Professional	$169/mo	Up to 500 members, three branches and 30 trainers; priority WhatsApp support and an onboarding call.
Enterprise	$349/mo	Unlimited members, branches and trainers; a dedicated WhatsApp group and account manager.

Starter is the entry point for a single location with a modest roster, but its member and trainer ceilings can constrain a busy gym. Professional raises those caps and adds more direct support, making it the practical step up for a small chain. Enterprise removes the stated operational caps and adds named account support, but its price is a substantial jump over Professional; it suits operators that need unrestricted scale more than a low starting cost.

Platforms

ManageYourGym supports Android, iOS and web, and includes API availability. That combination gives teams mobile access for members and trainers alongside browser-based operations and an API option for fitting the product into an existing stack.

Who it's for

Independent neighbourhood gyms and multi-branch fitness businesses, especially in India, are the clearest fit. It is strongest where QR attendance, local payment tracking and trainer workflows need to coexist. A very small club looking for a free starting tier, or a gym that needs more than the Starter caps but cannot justify Professional, should weigh those constraints before choosing it.

Pros and cons

Pros: QR check-in works without extra biometric hardware, reducing dependence on specialized attendance equipment.
Pros: UPI, cash, card and bank-transfer tracking, GST invoices and optional Razorpay payments address several billing tasks in one system.
Pros: Separate member and trainer apps cover self-service check-in and bookings as well as staff schedules, rosters and payslips.
Cons: There is no free plan, and the 14-day trial is brief for a team evaluating operational change.
Cons: Starter is limited to one branch, 150 members and 10 trainers; Professional still caps the operation at three branches, 500 members and 30 trainers.
Cons: Data can be stored outside India where service providers operate, which may not suit organizations that require India-only storage.

Alternatives

For a narrower attendance or billing comparison, start with Gym Check-In Software, Personal Trainer Scheduling Software or Gym Membership Billing Software.

MoveMembers is worth considering when a free tier matters more than ManageYourGym’s wider operating scope: its free plan supports up to 20 active members and includes class scheduling, online booking, a member portal and self check-in.

RhinoFit Sign-In Kiosk is another freemium option for teams evaluating sign-in software; it has a free plan and trial, with Start Up eligibility conditions applying.

AdviceFit offers a free plan and a Basic plan priced at $25.00 USD per month, making it a lower-priced alternative to compare when cost is the priority.

Attenditai has a free tier for up to 50 attendees with unlimited sheets and QR, barcode, public-link and web-kiosk check-in, so it is a fit when attendance is the main requirement.

Organised Gym offers a free plan for up to 25 members and paid plans starting at 699.00 INR per month, a lower-cost route to consider for smaller gyms.

BJJChat Attendance System is free forever with unlimited coaches and students and no per-member fees, making it an option when attendance is the need and ongoing price should be zero.

UrbanGym has a free plan for one location, up to 50 members and two staff accounts, while its Pro plan is 1499.00 INR per month; compare it if a small single-site operation fits those limits.

Exercise.com Websites uses custom package pricing, so it is an alternative for buyers prepared to request a quote.

Verdict

ManageYourGym is a strong choice for Indian gyms that want attendance, local payment tracking, trainer workflows and branch management under one roof. Its most compelling reason to choose it is that breadth paired with QR check-in and gym-controlled Razorpay settlement. Look elsewhere if a free plan is essential, if your operation exceeds the lower-tier caps without room in the budget for Enterprise, or if your data must remain in India.
