Overview

RB2B identifies website visitors and sends their data to a CRM, Slack, or an activation platform. The company says it can identify up to 80% of website traffic; that ceiling is a company claim, not a guarantee for any individual site. Person-level identification is limited to US-based visitors. Global identification is company-level through Demandbase, and requires consent capture for GDPR compliance.

Key features

Identified records can include a name, LinkedIn URL, business email, company and domain, and firmographic details such as employee count, revenue, and industry. Those fields can help teams qualify inbound interest without starting from a bare company name, but the available identity depth depends on the plan and geography.

Hot Leads filters by company revenue and size, seniority, department, category, and geography, then routes matching visitors to different integrations. RB2B connects to more than 50 apps, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Teams, Clay, Zapier, Apollo, and webhooks. This is most valuable when a team has a defined follow-up process; teams without a CRM or destination workflow have less reason to pay for routing breadth.

Setup involves adding a pixel to the website header and connecting it to Slack or Teams and a CRM. RB2B states that it is SOC 2 Type II certified and CCPA compliant, does not resell customer data, and does not use customer data to train third-party models. It also says it is monitored around the clock and uses Amazon Inspector for continuous vulnerability management.

Pricing

RB2B offers a free plan, a 7-day trial, and paid plans starting at 79.00 USD per month. The free tier provides 150 monthly resolutions, company-level identification, and Slack delivery. It excludes person-level identification, email addresses, and integrations beyond Slack, making it a constrained way to validate company-level signals rather than a complete lead-routing setup.

Starter costs 79.00 USD per month and includes 300 monthly resolutions, LinkedIn URLs delivered to Slack and Teams, and basic resolution. It excludes email addresses and other integrations, so it fits teams that can work from social profiles in those channels but not those needing CRM sync or wider routing.

Pro costs 149.00 USD per month. It adds business email addresses and all other integrations to basic resolution and LinkedIn URLs to Slack, making it the more suitable tier for teams that need records pushed into a broader stack. Pro+ costs 199.00 USD per month and includes premium resolution alongside LinkedIn URLs to Slack, business emails, and all other integrations. It is the choice when premium resolution matters; otherwise, Pro retains the same stated integration and contact-field breadth at a lower price. Human escalation is listed alongside AI chat and email support across plans, with a self-serve knowledge base also provided.

Platforms

RB2B is available on web and through an API. Its integrations and webhook option make it relevant to teams that want to connect visitor signals to existing systems rather than manage them in a separate destination.

Who it's for

Early-stage businesses can start with company-level identification and Slack delivery, while accepting the 150-resolution cap and lack of person-level data. Growth teams already working in a CRM are better served by paid tiers that include richer identity fields and integrations. Enterprise teams can ingest the feed through a webhook. RB2B is a weaker fit for teams focused on identifying people outside the US or seeking person-level coverage across global traffic.

Pros and cons

Pros: A free company-level tier with 150 monthly resolutions gives small teams a low-commitment way to surface visitor companies.
Pros: Hot Leads filters and integrations with more than 50 apps support targeted routing into established sales workflows.
Pros: Pro adds business email addresses and all other integrations for teams that need more than Slack-based delivery.
Cons: Person-level identification is US-only, limiting its usefulness for globally distributed audiences when individual contacts are required.
Cons: The free plan omits person-level data and nearly all integrations, while Starter still excludes email and other integrations.
Cons: Global identification is company-level and requires consent capture for GDPR compliance.

Leadfeeder is worth considering if unlimited users and up to 100 identified companies per month matter more than RB2B's stated person-level US identification and routing options; its free Lite plan keeps only seven days of visitor history.
Nalloo may suit a team wanting a free dashboard with firmographics and 50 monthly identifications; RB2B's free tier instead emphasizes Slack delivery and allows 150 monthly resolutions.
Warmly is another freemium option, with an API/MCP free tier of 250 credits per month and a Starter tier at 99.00 USD per month for 500 credits.
Factors.ai is an alternative for teams comparing tracked-user and company-identification allowances, with its Basic plan listing up to 10,000 monthly tracked users, up to 3,000 companies identified per month, and five seats.
Snitcher may fit teams preferring a paid company-ID-based plan, starting at 49.00 USD per month for 0–50 unique company IDs and unlimited team members.
Albacross is an alternative with paid plans that list verified email and phone credits, starting at 84.00 EUR per month for 10 verified email and five verified phone credits.
Avina may be relevant to buyers seeking a paid signal-focused plan, with its Starter tier at 259.00 USD per month and up to 800 credits monthly.
DataZapp Website Visitor Identification offers pay-as-you-go matching at 0.03 USD per match, with a 125 USD minimum order.

Verdict

RB2B is a strong fit for teams that want to turn website visits into routed sales signals, especially those already using a CRM and targeting US visitors. Its free company-level tier lowers the barrier to trying the workflow, while paid plans add the contact data and integrations that make it more actionable. Look elsewhere if person-level identification beyond the US is central to your process, or if the free and Starter restrictions leave too little room for your routing needs.
