Overview

Gurully combines full-length and section-wise mock tests with practice materials, AI scoring and performance analysis. Its supported exams include PTE Academic and PTE Core, IELTS Academic and IELTS General Training, CELPIP General and CELPIP General LS, and the Duolingo English Test. Score tracking, speaking practice, writing feedback and a study plan extend the offer beyond practice questions.

The company began in 2019, when founders Hitesh and Brijesh started a PTE practice platform with AI scoring. Gurully is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Key features

Scored mock tests: Instant AI scoring and performance analysis follow full-length or section-wise tests. Free users receive one scored mock test; Prime members get unlimited scored mock tests, with access depending on the selected product. The free test can provide an initial benchmark, but ongoing scored practice requires a paid membership.
Practice and study support: The PTE preparation offering includes more than 30,000 practice questions, and Prime members get AI-scored access to those questions. Speaking practice, writing feedback, score tracking and a study plan are also part of the platform’s listed capabilities.
IELTS institute tools: The institute product combines mock tests and assisted AI scoring with student management, tutor permissions, analytics, an LMS and white-label branding. Institutes can book a demo and try the platform with their own students before buying; that makes this a more relevant option for organizations than for an individual candidate.
Privacy and payments: Gurully says it uses AES-256 encryption, encrypted passwords and files, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways, firewalls, intrusion detection, limited employee access and regular vulnerability scans. It says Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal or PayTM handle payments and that it does not store complete card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV or sensitive payment credentials. Its privacy policy says it collects account details, responses and test attempts, audio recordings, performance data and support communications. Users who have attempted a free mock test or purchased a package cannot delete their accounts, a material drawback for privacy-conscious learners.

Pricing

Gurully is freemium, with a free plan and a free test, but the free tier provides only one scored mock test. Prime pricing is divided by exam and access period, so candidates should match the plan to the exam they intend to practise rather than assume one membership covers all products.

Each Prime plan provides access to paid exam-preparation content; the longer terms extend the preparation window. The pricing page also marks the 30-day IELTS option as Popular. IELTS institutes can trial with their own students before purchase. Support is offered by phone at +91 95120-40070, through the website or via WhatsApp.

Platforms

The individual platform is cloud-based and requires an internet connection plus a desktop or laptop running the latest Google web browser. Gurully also lists PTE practice apps for Android and iOS. The browser requirement makes the web product a poor fit for learners who need to complete individual preparation entirely on a phone, even though mobile apps are available for PTE practice.

Who it's for

Gurully is a good fit for candidates who know which supported English exam they are preparing for and want mock tests with scoring, analysis and exam-specific practice. Its short membership periods suit focused preparation windows. IELTS institutes may find the student management, tutor permissions, LMS and white-label options more pertinent than individual plans. It is less suitable for learners who need sustained free scored practice or who require phone-only access to the full individual platform.

Pros and cons

Pros: Covers several major English tests, with full-length and section-wise scored mock tests; membership options span short to 60-day study periods; IELTS institutes can trial their product with students before purchase.
Cons: The free plan stops at one scored mock test; plan access depends on the selected exam product; individual web use requires a desktop or laptop and current Google browser; users who have attempted a free mock test or purchased a package cannot delete their accounts.

Verdict

Choose Gurully if you want exam-specific mock tests, AI scoring and a short paid preparation window across PTE, IELTS, CELPIP or Duolingo English Test. Its strongest case is the combination of scored practice and several exam types, with a separate, substantial toolset for IELTS institutes. Look elsewhere if you need more than one free scored test, a full mobile-first individual experience, or the ability to delete your account after attempting a test or buying a package.
