Overview

Relevance AI is an enterprise-ready platform for building and customizing specialist AI agents. It combines agent-building tools with workflow automation: actions can cover a simple task or a more complex sequence of steps, with multi-step workflows and conditional logic. Teams can connect agents to business apps and access models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other providers through vendor credits.

The platform lists more than 2,000 app integrations, while its homepage describes connections to 1,000+ apps. Those figures point to a broad integration surface, though they are not the same count. The homepage also reports 1.24 million tasks run per month. Relevance AI is operated by OnSearch Pty Ltd.

For teams evaluating it as part of an existing stack, the practical questions are how many actions and credits a plan includes, which integrations fit their workflows, and whether its collaboration and access controls match internal requirements.

Key features

Agents and workflows

Relevance AI supports specialist AI agents and actions that range from simple tasks to complex, multi-step workflows. Conditional logic is available for directing workflow behavior. Model access includes providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, using vendor credits.

Integrations and collaboration

The platform lists over 2,000 app integrations; its homepage separately says it connects to 1,000+ apps. Team features include shared projects, build users, end users, and workforces. The plans differ substantially in users, projects, and action allowances, so teams should match those limits to the intended deployment.

Security and administration

Relevance AI lists AICPA SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance. Security controls include data residency, PII masking, audit logs, and a commitment not to train on customer data. Access controls include role-based access control, SSO/SAML, approvals, and version control. Support ranges from community forums to ticket, priority, implementation, and account-manager support.

Pricing

Relevance AI has a free plan and paid plans. The pricing details include different billing views and allowance summaries; the figures below retain the stated prices and terms.

Plan	Price and billing	Listed allowance
Free	$0/month, annual view	100 credits per day, 1 user, 10MB of knowledge; also listed as 200 actions/month, 1 workforce, 1 user, 1 project, and 30-day task history.
Pro	$19/month, billed annually	10,000 credits per month, 1 user, 100MB of knowledge; also listed as 30,000 actions/year, 2 build users, and 90-day task history.
Team	$199/month, billed annually; page displays $234/month	100,000 credits per month and 10 users; also listed as 84,000 actions/year, 5 build users, 45 end users, and 5 shared projects.
Business	$599/month, billed monthly	300,000 credits per month and unlimited users.
Enterprise	Custom pricing; contact sales	Unlimited users and projects, enterprise app triggers, agent evaluations, work hour controls, multi-organization management, and a dedicated account manager.

The free-plan history allowance is inconsistent across the stated details: one section lists 30-day task history, while another lists 7-day history. Confirm the applicable limit before relying on historical task records. Pro and Team include a try-for-free call to action. Unused vendor credits roll over indefinitely while the subscription remains active. Extra actions cost $40 per 1,000 actions, and extra vendor credits cost $20 per 10,000 credits.

Platforms

Relevance AI is listed for the web. The platform also connects to external apps, with the product listing more than 2,000 integrations and the homepage stating 1,000+ connected apps.

Who it's for

Relevance AI is aimed at teams that want to build specialist agents and connect them to app-based workflows, rather than use an isolated chatbot. Its workflow logic, model access, and broad integration claims may suit builders coordinating actions across existing tools. Shared projects, build and end users, role-based access, and enterprise administration make it relevant to team deployments, while the Enterprise plan is positioned for organizations needing custom terms and multi-organization management.

Individuals or small teams can start on Free, but its 200 monthly actions, one workforce, one user, and one project place clear limits on that use. Pro and Team add capacity at stated annual rates; additional actions and vendor credits have separate prices.

Verdict

Relevance AI brings agent building, workflow logic, app integrations, and team controls into one web platform. Its stated security and access features are substantial, and the free plan offers a way to begin without a subscription. The main points to settle before choosing it are the actual task-history and Team pricing figures, plus how included actions and vendor credits map to expected usage. For teams whose workflows depend on multiple connected apps and need administrative controls, those limits are as important as the breadth of the feature set.
