Overview

INFI ORDER adds self-service kiosks to a restaurant’s existing POS, with menu synchronization, ordering controls, and multiple payment methods. It suits restaurants that want to expand self-ordering without replacing their POS, particularly operators already using one of INFI’s named integrations. Its strengths are broad ordering options and an API integration-partner program; the trade-off is a paid, hardware-linked setup with custom pricing.

Key features

INFI ORDER is designed to keep kiosk ordering aligned with the restaurant’s POS. Menus, prices, and unavailable items sync in under ten seconds, which helps reduce discrepancies between what guests can order at a kiosk and what the POS can accept. INFI lists integrations for Square, Toast, Clover, Lightspeed, and HungerRush; restaurants on other POS systems should confirm fit before committing.

Ordering tools include photo menus, reusable modifier groups, combo upgrades, loyalty, promo codes, barcode scanning, and English, Spanish, or Chinese ordering. Allergen, dietary, and calorie filters give guests additional ways to narrow menu choices. AI Smart Cross-Sell generates location-specific add-ons and combos and presents one on every order, making it a prominent upsell mechanism rather than an occasional prompt.

Kiosks accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, EMV chip, swipe, NFC, and QR payments. Hardware options include K5 floor-stand, countertop, and wall-mount kiosks, plus an iPad with Square Stand. INFI-managed Android devices receive over-the-air updates and support fleet lockdown, useful for operators managing kiosk devices across locations.

The browser-based merchant console needs no installation and manages menus, locations, devices, reports, and marketing. INFI Connect adds menu management, order tracking, and reports through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Offline ordering and kitchen integration through KDS and printer support broaden the setup beyond the guest-facing kiosk. INFI offers an API integration-partner program for teams that want to embed INFI ordering in another product.

Pricing

INFI ORDER is paid, with custom pricing rather than a published rate. The INFI ORDER plan is billed as a monthly platform fee, with hardware and monthly fees based on kiosk count and location. It includes POS integration, AI upsell, 24/7 support, and 0% commission. That structure makes the plan relevant to restaurants that value direct POS connectivity and want to avoid commission, but the hardware and recurring fees need to be weighed against the expected kiosk volume.

INFI Platform is billed custom and combines kiosk, online, loyalty, kitchen, website, and marketing products. It is a broader fit for restaurants seeking several platform capabilities together, rather than kiosk ordering alone. Enterprise uses volume pricing for franchises, chains, or operators with three or more locations. It includes all platform products, volume hardware pricing, a dedicated success manager, an SLA uptime guarantee, and multi-location fleet management; those provisions target larger deployments with operational needs beyond a single venue.

There is no free plan. Restaurants should request a quote that accounts for locations and kiosk count, and compare the recurring platform and hardware costs with the scope of the plan they need.

Platforms

INFI ORDER supports Android kiosks and lists Android, iOS, web, and API among its platforms. The browser console and mobile app give managers separate ways to handle administration, while the API program is relevant to product teams integrating INFI ordering into another service.

Who it's for

INFI ORDER is a strong fit for restaurants that already run Square, Toast, Clover, Lightspeed, or HungerRush and want kiosks to stay synchronized with POS menus and prices. Its multilingual ordering, guest-facing filters, and range of payment methods also suit venues serving varied customer needs. Chains and franchises can consider Enterprise for fleet management and dedicated support. Restaurants seeking a low-cost entry point, a free plan, or a published price should look elsewhere or request a quote before making a shortlist.

Pros and cons

Pro: POS menu, price, and 86'd-item synchronization in under ten seconds helps keep kiosk orders aligned with the restaurant’s active menu.
Pro: Multiple payment methods, three ordering languages, and dietary and allergen filters cover practical guest-facing needs.
Pro: The API integration-partner program gives builders a route to embed INFI ordering in another product.
Con: Hardware options and monthly fees tied to kiosk count and location make total cost dependent on the deployment.
Con: There is no free plan or published price, so smaller operators cannot assess cost from a posted rate.
Con: The named POS integrations are finite; restaurants using another POS should verify compatibility before choosing the platform.

Alternatives

Choose SelfX if a freemium option and support for Windows matter; its Smart Growth plan is 4999.00 INR per month, billed monthly, for up to three POS terminals plus KDS. Sapaad is worth considering if a free trial and published monthly plans are priorities; its Essentials plan is 99.00 USD per month, billed once every 24 months, tax exclusive, for a single outlet and up to 10,000 customers. RestioX offers a free-forever Trial Package with limits including 100 dishes, 10 categories, 100 delivery orders per month, two staff members, and one branch.

OnePe Kiosk System provides a free plan capped at 10 menu items and a Starter plan at 199.00 INR per month, billed monthly, for up to 100 menu items and 100 orders per day. Applova Self Ordering Kiosk is another paid Android option, with a custom quote and hardware quoted separately. MyKiosk is a paid option for web and Windows platforms. Bite is a paid web option. Clover Kiosk is another paid alternative.

Verdict

Restaurants already using one of INFI ORDER’s named POS integrations should consider it when they want synchronized kiosk ordering, varied payment methods, and tools for managing devices and locations. Its clearest advantage is combining kiosk controls with POS synchronization and an API path for integration; its main drawback is a custom-priced model with hardware and recurring fees that scale with deployment. Request a quote if those capabilities fit the operation; choose another product if a free entry point or clear upfront pricing is essential.
