Overview

The system combines course authoring and delivery with assessment, certification, and reporting. It supports social, unstructured, and standardized training, as well as virtual classrooms and online access. That makes it relevant to organizations with varied learning needs, not only teams distributing a fixed library of courses.

Infor describes advanced certification and compliance capabilities, a useful fit for organizations that need to connect learning with workforce requirements. Subject matter experts can create courses and update information in real time, which can help keep internal training current without routing every change through a dedicated authoring team.

Key features

Authoring and assessment: Authors can build interactive learning and assessments. This gives organizations a way to pair course delivery with checks on learner understanding.
Certification and compliance: The product highlights advanced capabilities in both areas, making it a stronger candidate for structured workforce training than a basic course-hosting tool.
Multiple learning formats: Social, unstructured, and standardized training sit alongside virtual classrooms and online access. The mix can accommodate different approaches, though organizations should confirm that its workflows match their programs.
Languages and mobile: Infor says the system is available in more than 35 languages and is deployed on all mobile platforms, which may suit distributed and multilingual workforces.
Security and data ownership: Infor describes defense-in-depth cloud security monitored by specialists around the clock, and lists SOC 1 and SOC 2 audit reports that customers can request through Infor Concierge. Customers own their data and may request its return or deletion when an engagement ends.

Pricing

Infor Learning Management is paid software with custom pricing. Infor provides a contact form and demo link rather than a published price, so organizations should request a quote for their intended deployment and user base.

A free 30-day evaluation is offered on Infor's French product page. That gives prospective buyers a defined window to assess the product, but it does not establish the commercial terms or price after evaluation.

Platforms

The product is described as cloud-based, with web and API platforms. Infor also says it is deployed on all mobile platforms. API access and SSO support are available, relevant for teams integrating the LMS into an existing software stack and sign-in environment.

Infor HR Talent Development Planning can be configured to interface with Learning Management. In that setup, Learning Management handles course and session maintenance, registration, and attendance. Organizations already using that HR product should confirm how the interface fits their configuration; teams on other HR systems should verify integration requirements before committing.

Who it's for

Infor Learning Management is best suited to organizations educating employees and external stakeholders that need interactive content, assessments, certification, or compliance training. Its range of formats and language support also makes it worth considering for learning programs spanning different groups and locations.

It is a less obvious fit for buyers seeking a low-cost, self-service LMS: pricing is custom, and the product is positioned around a broader organizational learning setup. Teams should also evaluate whether its Infor HR Talent Development Planning interface serves their particular HR environment.

Pros and cons

Pro — Covers the learning cycle: Authoring, delivery, assessment, certification, and reporting are brought together, which can reduce the need to assemble those capabilities across separate tools.
Pro — Supports varied training: Social, unstructured, standardized, virtual, and online formats give organizations options beyond a single course-delivery model.
Pro — Practical integration and access options: API access, SSO, web and mobile availability, and an interface with Infor HR Talent Development Planning support integration planning.
Con — Pricing requires a sales conversation: Custom pricing makes it harder to compare costs without requesting a quote.
Con — HR integration fit needs validation: The described interface is specifically with Infor HR Talent Development Planning, so organizations using another HR stack should check their integration needs.

Projectworks is a paid API and web platform with a Build plan at 17.00 USD per month billed annually, a 10-user minimum, and time and expense tracking, resourcing, invoicing, and forecasting.
