Overview

Jiminny brings conversation capture and revenue intelligence together for sales organizations that want call records connected to coaching and pipeline work. It is best suited to teams with managers who will use call scores and deal insights, rather than buyers looking only for a basic meeting archive. The seat model gives reviewers and listeners a lower-cost entry point, but the minimum 12-month contract and one-time setup fee make the commitment worth weighing before a trial.

Key features

Conversation capture and AI notes

Jiminny captures emails, phone calls, and video calls, then automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes conversations and can suggest action items. That combination can reduce manual note-taking while giving managers a record to review. Support for more than 60 transcription languages is useful for multilingual teams, although the platform's value depends on those records fitting the team's actual sales workflow.

Coaching and pipeline signals

Automated call scoring, sales coaching insights, AI-powered deal insights, and real-time alerts are designed to surface call-quality issues and potential pipeline risks or opportunities. This makes Jiminny more relevant to teams that act on coaching and deal signals than to groups that only need recordings. Those features are most useful when managers have the time and process to turn the signals into follow-up.

CRM, security, and support

Jiminny has native apps for Salesforce and HubSpot, with direct integrations for Zoho, Pipedrive, Close, Bullhorn, and Copper. Its integrations are organized across calendar, CRM, dialer, sales tools, and video conferencing categories, giving teams several paths to connect existing sales tools. Jiminny says it is SOC 2 Type II certified, complies with GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and hosts on AWS. It also lists SSO, two-factor authentication, granular permissions, disaster recovery, monitoring, and regular security testing. Support includes Customer Success, live chat, email, a Knowledge Base, onboarding sessions, and training resources.

Pricing

Jiminny uses a freemium model, with a 14-day trial that includes full features and requires no credit card. The paid seat choices are aimed at different jobs, so the lowest starting price is not the cost for every user who needs to participate.

Insights Seat: 42.00 USD per month, for managers or coaches who review and act on data. This is the lowest paid entry point and suits oversight rather than reps who need to record calls.
Recording Seat: 83.00 USD per month, for reps who join and record calls. Teams should budget for the higher seat rate where recording participation is required.
Listener Seat: $0/month for users who need transcripts and summaries. This is the most economical option for passive access, but listeners cannot use the MCP Connector.

Paid plans require a minimum 12-month contract, billed monthly or annually at a discounted rate, and carry a one-time setup fee with no platform fee. The plan terms also include a custom quote, so the per-seat figures should not be treated as the whole commitment. Jiminny's MCP Connector is available on Scale and Grow tiers and unavailable to users with the Listener role, which makes tier and role eligibility important for teams choosing an AI-connected workflow.

Platforms

Jiminny supports Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, web, API, and browser extension access. That range can accommodate teams mixing desktop and mobile work, while the API and extension provide additional integration surfaces.

Who it's for

Jiminny is a stronger fit for sales teams that want call capture, CRM-linked conversation records, and manager-facing coaching or pipeline signals in the same platform. It is less compelling for organizations that need only inexpensive recording, or that cannot accept a year-long contract and setup fee. Teams that need MCP access should confirm the relevant Scale or Grow tier and ensure users are not assigned the Listener role.

Pros and cons

Pros: Automatic recording, transcripts, summaries, and suggested action items reduce the documentation burden across calls and meetings.
Pros: Call scoring, coaching insights, deal signals, and alerts connect conversation data to manager action rather than leaving it as an archive.
Pros: Salesforce and HubSpot native apps plus several direct CRM integrations support teams working across common sales systems.
Cons: A minimum 12-month contract and one-time setup fee raise the commitment beyond the headline per-seat price.
Cons: Recording seats cost more than Insights seats, and the free Listener role cannot access the MCP Connector.

Verdict

Jiminny is a solid choice for sales teams that need CRM-connected conversation records plus coaching and deal signals, especially when managers will use those signals to guide work. Its broad capture and integration coverage is the main reason to choose it; the 12-month minimum, setup fee, seat price differences, and MCP role restrictions are reasons to look elsewhere if flexibility or predictable all-seat cost matters more.
