Overview

Linki is an open-source outreach platform for B2B founders and sales teams coordinating prospecting across LinkedIn and email. It is strongest for teams that want sequences, reply triage and enrichment in one workflow, with self-hosting as an option. The trade-offs are LinkedIn automation risk and the Sales Navigator subscription required for list imports.

Key features

Sequences across channels

Campaigns combine LinkedIn actions with email steps, configurable delays and per-lead state tracking. This gives teams a shared view of a contact’s progress across channels; SMTP and IMAP account support makes email part of that workflow. Personalized messaging and follow-up sequences are supported.

AI messages and reply triage

The managed edition can write messages from a global voice, campaign angle and step-specific instructions. Previews and model selection through OpenRouter give users a chance to review the output and choose a model before sending. Reply classification covers out-of-office messages, forwarded contacts and clear next steps, and can trigger follow-ups. That can reduce routine sorting, though the AI-writing features are described for the managed edition.

Enrichment, imports and agent access

Linki describes Apollo.io enrichment using an API key. Sales Navigator imports require a Sales Navigator subscription, an additional prerequisite for teams that source leads from its lists. Managed plans include a hosted MCP API for Claude and Cursor to read contacts, lists, campaigns and replies, and trigger LinkedIn actions; this is useful for teams building those agents into their workflow, but is not included among the open-source hosting features.

Self-hosting and license

The open-source edition runs with Docker or Node.js and can be hosted on a VPS or laptop. The project says self-hosted data stays on the user’s server and does not leave the user’s machine, a meaningful fit for teams that want direct data control. The source-available Linki Sustainable Use License permits personal and business use, self-hosting, modification and contributions.

Linki’s maker warns that automation cannot be guaranteed to avoid LinkedIn account bans and advises starting gently and following LinkedIn’s rules. Teams that cannot accept that account risk should look elsewhere.

Pricing

Linki’s open-source edition is free, and the project also offers a free trial. The managed plans are billed monthly, with unlimited seats on each plan:

Launch: 20.00 EUR per month, billed Monthly. It includes one concurrent campaign, an AI message writer and automatic reply triage. It suits a team running one campaign at a time; the single-campaign cap is the main constraint.
Momentum: 50.00 EUR per month, billed Monthly. It adds several concurrent campaigns and a hosted MCP API to the AI message writer, automatic reply triage and unlimited seats. This fits teams coordinating multiple campaigns or using Claude or Cursor agents.
Summit: 90.00 EUR per month, billed Monthly. It includes the highest campaign limit, AI message writer, automatic reply triage, hosted MCP API and unlimited seats. Its positioning for agencies and larger teams makes it the tier for broader campaign needs.

The lower tiers give up campaign capacity, and Launch also lacks the hosted MCP API. All three managed plans include unlimited seats, so their stated distinction is campaign capacity and, at Launch, MCP access rather than seat count.

Platforms

Linki supports API, Linux, macOS, self-hosted, web and Windows. Docker and Node.js hosting options give teams a choice of local or server deployment.

Who it's for

Linki suits B2B founders and sales teams that want LinkedIn and email sequencing, reply handling and enrichment in a single campaign workflow. Its self-hosted edition is a stronger fit for teams that value keeping data on their own server. Agencies and larger teams are the stated audience for Summit. It is a weaker fit for teams unwilling to risk LinkedIn account restrictions or those without Sales Navigator subscriptions who need to import its lists.

Pros and cons

Pros

Cross-channel campaign tracking: LinkedIn actions and email steps share delays and per-lead state, helping teams coordinate outreach across channels.
Reply triage with follow-up triggers: Classification covers common reply types and can move next steps forward.
Self-hosting and data control: Docker or Node.js deployment on a VPS or laptop offers teams a way to keep data on their own server.
Unlimited seats on managed plans: Teams can add users without a stated per-seat charge in Launch, Momentum or Summit.

Cons

LinkedIn account risk: The maker cannot promise that automation will avoid bans, so risk-sensitive teams may prefer another approach.
Sales Navigator dependency: Importing leads from its lists requires a subscription, adding a separate requirement for that sourcing workflow.
Some features are managed-only: AI-written messages and hosted MCP API access are described for managed plans, limiting what the open-source edition offers in those areas.

Verdict

Choose Linki if your B2B team wants coordinated LinkedIn and email campaigns, reply triage and self-hosted data control, or needs unlimited seats on a managed plan. Look elsewhere if LinkedIn account risk is unacceptable or Sales Navigator imports are central and you do not have a subscription.
