Overview

TrulyInbox combines a shared warmup network with deliverability monitoring, spam monitoring, custom warmup schedules, and support for multiple mailboxes. That breadth is useful for teams that want to monitor sender reputation and email setup in one service, rather than manage warmup alone. It is less compelling for users whose main need is a high-volume warmup allowance at the lowest possible cost.

Key features

Warmup and deliverability

Warmup emails can be tailored to more than 50 industries and 12 languages, with AI Adaptive, Progressive, Random, and Flat strategies. That gives teams several ways to shape warmup activity, while the daily quota sets the real ceiling on volume. Deliverability tracking includes 90 days of history, ESP-level breakdowns, a 0–100 score, and outreach-readiness status, giving operators a view beyond the number of messages sent.

Account health and connections

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX checks, plus domain and IP blacklist monitoring, help surface setup and reputation problems that warmup volume alone cannot address. Setup scores and guidance for failed checks give teams a path to identify issues. Connections use one-click Google or Microsoft OAuth or SMTP/IMAP; the service supports 18+ email providers.

API, integrations, and security

The REST API and webhooks support custom workflows and sales-tool integrations. The Open API covers account management, warmup controls, deliverability checks, and activity reports, but its 20-requests-per-minute limit per key may constrain integrations that need frequent polling. The privacy policy describes TLS/SSL encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access controls, and hosting on SOC 2 compliant cloud infrastructure. It also says regular business and personal email content is not read, stored, or analyzed outside warmup, and that metadata from those emails is not collected.

Pricing

Free is $0.00 USD per free, forever, and includes one account, 10 warmup emails per day, and basic deliverability tracking. It is a useful way to start, but the single-account cap and small daily allowance limit its fit for a working multi-inbox operation.

Starter is $22.00 USD per year, billed annually at $264/year, or $29/mo if paid monthly. It allows 200 warmup emails per day and unlimited accounts, with three inboxes as its recommended fit. Growth is $84.00 USD per year, billed annually at $1,008/year, or $99/mo if paid monthly; its 1,000 daily emails are aimed at 15 inboxes. Scale is $169.00 USD per year, billed annually at $2,028/year, or $199/mo if paid monthly, with 3,000 daily emails for a recommended 50 inboxes. These tiers increase the daily allowance substantially, but the annual rate requires a larger commitment than the monthly option.

Scale Plus is $407.00 USD per year, billed annually at $4,884/year, or $479/mo if paid monthly. It shows 5,000 warmup emails per day and a 65% reply rate, and is best suited for 100 inboxes. Paid plans include a 7-day trial without a required credit card and a 14-day money-back guarantee. Free has self-service support; Starter has a 48-hour response tier, while paid higher tiers offer 24-hour email and chat support.

Platforms

TrulyInbox is available through web and API. Google and Microsoft OAuth, SMTP, and IMAP connections give teams several ways to connect inboxes.

Who it's for

Sales teams, recruiters, marketers, agencies, and businesses running cold outreach or campaigns are the clearest fit, especially when they need both mailbox warmup and visibility into authentication and deliverability. Teams with only one inbox can begin on Free, while larger operations can select a paid tier by its daily allowance and recommended inbox count. Look elsewhere if low-cost, high-volume warmup is the overriding requirement.

Pros and cons

Pros: Industry- and language-specific warmup with four strategies lets teams shape activity for different outreach contexts.
Pros: Deliverability history, ESP breakdowns, and authentication and blacklist checks bring monitoring beyond warmup volume.
Pros: API, webhooks, and multiple connection methods support custom workflows and varied mail providers.
Cons: Free is limited to one account and 10 warmup emails a day, so it is a small-scale entry point rather than a multi-inbox plan.
Cons: Paid annual plans require substantial upfront billing, while monthly billing is higher.
Cons: API access is capped at 20 requests per minute per key, which can limit frequent automated checks.

Alternatives

Email Warmup Software is the category directory for comparing options. Consider Warmerly if Android access matters or its free plan’s campaign-email, lead, email-check, and lookup allowances better match your workflow. EmailWarmup is worth comparing if its $19.00 USD per month Starter plan’s three mailboxes and 100 daily warmup emails suit a smaller operation. Choose Mailreach if you want an All-In-One plan that combines an email warmer with a spam tester, starting at $19.50 USD per month.

Inbox Warmup may fit teams looking for a paid trial and a Launch plan with 5,000 monthly email credits and 75 emails per hour account-wide. InboxWarm.ai is another paid option for teams choosing a plan by mailbox band, with per-inbox daily warmup limits. MailStrike is an alternative with a Solo plan that includes one mailbox, a placement test, and 900 warming emails per month. Warmup Inbox offers a Basic plan priced per inbox, with 75 warmup messages a day. InboxPlan is another paid, web-based alternative.

Verdict

Choose TrulyInbox if your outreach team needs warmup alongside deliverability, authentication, and blacklist checks, with an API for custom workflows. Its strongest reason to buy is that broader operational coverage; its main reason to look elsewhere is the daily-volume ceiling relative to the commitment and cost of higher tiers.
