Overview

Oorwin spans sourcing, hiring, onboarding, engaging, and developing talent. Its recruiting tools cover resume parsing, interview scheduling, workflow automation, and job-board distribution, while its Talent CRM supports building and engaging prospect and candidate pipelines. That breadth can help teams keep recruiting and sales activity in one platform; organizations seeking only a focused applicant tracking system may not need the CRM and lifecycle scope.

Recruitment capabilities include resume harvesting, candidate matching and ranking, and pre-screening chatbots. Predictive analytics cover job-closure probability and salary insights informed by internal and market data trends. Oorwin also describes separate customer data stores in its multitenant environment and 256-bit encryption over HTTPS for data in transit, and says it complies with data-protection regulations such as GDPR.

Key features

Recruiting and talent CRM

Starter includes unlimited jobs and candidates, a resource pool, job-board search, automated interview reminders, and resume and job parsing. Professional adds resume harvesting, intelligent candidate search, profile matching, candidate ranking, and pre-screening chatbots. Those additions are meaningful for teams that need to find and prioritize candidates at scale; the Free plan's 100-candidate and 5-job caps are better suited to limited-volume use.

Integrations and support

Oorwin lists integrations including Gmail, Outlook, Office 365, Chrome, Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce, Dice, Monster, and Naukri. Starter includes access security, a mobile app, and 160+ marketplace integrations. Email support is included across plans; higher-tier support options include phone support, live chat, onboarding, and dedicated account management. Enterprise includes a dedicated support manager.

Pricing

Oorwin has a Forever Free plan, a free trial, and per-user paid plans. The trial does not require a credit card; when it ends, the account switches to Forever Free unless upgraded.

Plan	Price and terms	What it includes
Free	0.00 USD per free, billed Forever Free	Jobs, candidates, interviews, accounts, and reports management, plus email support. Limits are 5 jobs, 100 candidates, 10 interviews, 5 accounts, and 10 contacts.
Starter	28.00 USD per user per month, billed annually; 35.00 USD per user per month	Unlimited jobs and candidates, resource pool, job-board search, automated interview reminders, resume and job parsing, 160+ marketplace integrations, access security, and mobile app.
Professional	56.00 USD per user per month, billed annually; 70.00 USD per user per month	Everything in Starter, plus resume harvesting, intelligent candidate search, matching profiles, candidate ranking, pre-screening chatbots, digital onboarding, and custom workflows and reports.
Enterprise	Custom pricing	Everything in Professional, plus integrated search, candidate assessments, email sync, contact masking, custom teams and groups, and a dedicated support manager.

Free is useful for evaluating a small recruiting operation, but its fixed job, candidate, interview, account, and contact ceilings make it unsuitable for sustained higher-volume hiring. Starter removes job and candidate caps and adds integrations and parsing, but leaves the advanced candidate intelligence and onboarding tools to Professional. The annual-billing rates are lower than the stated per-user monthly rates, so teams should weigh that term against their expected seat needs. Enterprise is for organizations needing its additional search, assessment, team controls, and dedicated support, with custom pricing.

Platforms

Oorwin is available on web, Android, and iOS, with an API and extension. The mobile app is included in paid plans, supporting access to platform data away from a desktop.

Who it's for

Oorwin is a stronger fit for recruiting teams that want candidate sourcing and ranking tools, lifecycle workflows, and a CRM for prospect and candidate pipelines. Starter fits teams needing unlimited jobs and candidates without advanced candidate intelligence; Professional is aimed at teams that will use harvesting, matching, ranking, chatbots, and onboarding. The capped Free plan fits very small-volume use or an initial evaluation. Teams that need only basic applicant tracking, or cannot accommodate the per-user paid structure as hiring scales, should compare alternatives.

Pros and cons

Pros: The product combines recruiting, Talent CRM, and talent lifecycle workflows, which can reduce the need to split those functions across separate tools.
Pros: Starter removes job and candidate caps and includes 160+ marketplace integrations, parsing, reminders, and a mobile app.
Pros: Professional adds candidate harvesting, matching, ranking, chatbot screening, and digital onboarding for teams with more demanding recruiting workflows.
Cons: Free is tightly capped at 5 jobs, 100 candidates, 10 interviews, 5 accounts, and 10 contacts, limiting its use for active hiring.
Cons: Advanced candidate intelligence and digital onboarding require Professional, which costs 56.00 USD per user per month billed annually or 70.00 USD per user per month.
Cons: Enterprise requires custom pricing, so buyers cannot assess its cost from the stated plan rates.

Verdict

Choose Oorwin if your recruiting team wants candidate intelligence, talent CRM, and lifecycle workflows together, and Professional's per-user cost fits the value of those tools. Its Forever Free plan provides a low-commitment starting point, but the caps are too restrictive for sustained hiring. Look elsewhere if you need a basic tracker without the broader platform scope or want to avoid per-user pricing as the team grows.
