Overview

The product tracks campaign engagement and deliverability, then relates those signals to contacts and CRM deals. A team can follow activity from a campaign to a contact’s interaction history and, where linked, to a deal’s pipeline stage and revenue contribution. That makes it more relevant to teams measuring email’s role in revenue than to teams focused only on send-level performance.

OptiKratos positions its wider platform for revenue teams seeking CRM, WhatsApp, marketing automation, and AI sales agents together. Email is unified with CRM and WhatsApp, while the marketplace includes Mailchimp, Zapier, and Make. The service is cloud SaaS only: there is no self-hosted or on-premise option. The product page describes it as SOC 2 certified and GDPR ready, and advertises dedicated onboarding.

Key features

Campaign reporting covers real-time opens, clicks, click-through rate, bounces, and unsubscribes. Teams can compare results across campaigns, segments, and send times, which helps surface where engagement differs; those comparisons are useful for review, but do not themselves explain the cause.

Revenue attribution connects email engagement to CRM deals, including pipeline stage and revenue contribution. Contact records can show a timeline of emails received, opened, or clicked, giving sales and marketing teams a shared interaction history tied to customer records.

Deliverability reporting includes bounce rate, spam complaint rate, and list health metrics. A custom report builder lets users combine selected metrics, but advanced features such as custom reports may change during beta. Teams that depend on stable reporting workflows should weigh that caveat before adopting it.

Pricing

The Free tier costs 0.00 USD per free and allows 15,000 emails/month. It offers a no-cost way to evaluate email volume, though the plan description does not establish that it includes the paid tiers’ analytics or integrations. A 14-day trial is also available.

Starter costs 41.00 USD per month, billed annually, and saves $96/user/yr. It includes 5K contacts, one channel (email or WhatsApp), 20 marketing campaigns, five team members, and basic analytics. It is the entry paid option for a small team, but the contact and seat caps and single-channel choice constrain broader use.

Growth costs 74.00 USD per month, billed annually, and saves $180/user/yr. Its 25K contacts, WhatsApp Business API, marketing automation, 25 team members, and advanced analytics with A/B testing suit teams needing more scale and campaign capability. Scale costs 124.00 USD per month, billed annually, and saves $300/user/yr; it removes contact and team-member limits and adds custom analytics reports, SSO (SAML), and a 99.9% uptime SLA. Enterprise has custom pricing and adds custom integrations, data residency options, a custom SLA, a dedicated CSM, and custom contract and invoicing.

Platforms

OptiKratos Email is available on the web and through an API. Its cloud-only delivery rules out teams that require self-hosting or on-premise deployment.

Who it's for

It is a stronger fit for teams that already want the broader OptiKratos revenue platform and need to connect email activity to CRM pipeline. The mix of campaign, deliverability, and deal reporting supports joint sales and marketing review. Teams that need email analytics without the wider CRM and WhatsApp platform, or that require deployment control, should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pros: Email engagement is linked to CRM deals, pipeline stages, and revenue contribution, so reporting can address business outcomes rather than clicks alone.
Pros: Contact timelines, campaign comparisons, and deliverability metrics bring several useful views into the same workflow.
Pros: The free email allowance and 14-day trial provide ways to assess fit before committing to an annual paid plan.
Cons: The entry paid tier is tied to annual billing and limits the team to five members, 5K contacts, and one channel.
Cons: Custom reporting is an advanced feature that may change during beta, making it a less certain foundation for fixed reporting processes.
Cons: Cloud-only deployment excludes organizations that need a self-hosted or on-premise system.

Alternatives

For a wider view of the category, explore Email Marketing Analytics Software, Sales Analytics Software, and Sales Follow-Up Software.

DataLion is worth considering when a free, self-hosted option is important; its free plan is limited to one user, one project, and 100 cases. Choose Weflow if broader device coverage matters, since it spans web, mobile, desktop, API, and extension platforms; it has no free plan, though it includes 25 agent actions/month on every plan. Verdonz offers a free guided workspace with sample data but no own business data, or a Team plan at 199.00 USD per month.

Wizard AI Forecasts has a free Starter plan with limited monthly credits and bookings alongside caps on candidates, companies, content items, court bundles, and documents. Discern Sales Intelligence is another paid API and web option, with custom integrations via API and flat-file ingestion. Salesloft is a paid alternative with Android, iOS, web, API, and extension support; its Advanced and Elite packages have custom pricing. Ambition starts at 45.00 USD per month for Starter, with seller activation, real-time leaderboards and competitions, activity and objective scorecards, and automated accolades. Basedash may fit teams seeking data-source breadth: its Startup plan costs 1000.00 USD per month plus AI usage and supports up to 25 users with 750+ data sources.

Verdict

Choose OptiKratos Email if your revenue team wants campaign and deliverability metrics connected directly to CRM contacts and deal outcomes, and the wider OptiKratos platform fits your stack. The free tier and 14-day trial lower the evaluation barrier, but annual-plan limits, beta-era reporting changes, and cloud-only hosting are meaningful constraints. Look elsewhere if you need standalone email analytics or control over deployment.
