Overview

Pallyy is a social media management platform for planning, approving, and publishing content across major social networks. Its shared-link approvals and multi-brand account structure make it a strong fit for agencies and teams coordinating work for several brands or clients. The main trade-off is that the Free plan is tightly capped, while useful publishing and inbox capabilities begin on paid plans.

Key features

Pallyy brings a content calendar, publishing, analytics, PDF reports, shared inbox, link-in-bio pages, collaboration, competitor tracking, AI captions, a REST API, and an MCP server into one platform. That combination suits teams that want publishing and review workflows alongside reporting, rather than a scheduler alone.

Publishing uses each network’s official API and supports Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, YouTube, X, Threads, and Bluesky. Each social set can hold up to 11 connected accounts for one brand or client. That gives agencies a clear way to group channels by client, though the number of sets and users remains plan-dependent.

Clients and teammates can review, comment on, and approve posts through a shared link without creating a Pallyy account. This lowers friction in client review workflows. Paid plans add video and carousel publishing, unlimited scheduled posts, client approvals, and the social inbox; the Free plan is limited to scheduled image posts.

Pricing

Pallyy is freemium, with a free plan, paid subscriptions, and a 14-day trial. The published entry price is $20/mo billed yearly; the plan figures below also show monthly pricing.

Plan	Price and limits	Best fit
Free	$0.00 USD per free, billed $0 forever. One social set, up to 11 accounts, one team user, 15 scheduled image posts per month, 200 MB of storage, and 30 days of analytics history.	Individuals evaluating the workflow or managing a small, image-only schedule. The post, user, storage, and history caps make it a poor fit for sustained team publishing.
Pro	$25.00 USD per month, or $20 /mo billed yearly. One social set, unlimited posts, one user; extra social sets are $10/mo.	A solo manager who needs paid publishing features and more than the Free plan’s post allowance. The single-user limit and one included set constrain collaboration and multi-client use.
Agency	$99.00 USD per month, or $79 /mo billed yearly. Ten social sets, unlimited posts, three users; extra social sets or users are $10/mo.	Smaller agencies or teams managing several brands. Ten sets provide room for client separation, though three included users may be restrictive for larger teams.
Scale	$199.00 USD per month, or $165 /mo billed yearly. Thirty social sets, unlimited posts, ten users; additional sets and users have custom pricing.	Teams managing many brands and needing more included sets and seats. Larger requirements move to custom pricing.

Pro and Agency charge $10/mo for additional social sets, and Agency also charges $10/mo for additional users. Scale uses custom pricing for more sets or users. The plan differences make the choice less about post volume on paid tiers—all include unlimited posts—and more about how many brands and people need access.

Platforms

Pallyy runs in a web browser at app.pallyy.com, with nothing to install, and its platform availability includes API access. Its REST API and MCP server are relevant for teams integrating social workflows into a broader stack; the product also supports automatic publishing.

Support is available by email, through the help center, and via bookable live demos. Pallyy says it uses commercially acceptable measures to protect personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security; users can delete personal data by removing their account. It does not store payment card details, which are handled by processors such as Stripe under PCI-DSS standards. Pallyy also states that its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows Google's API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Who it's for

Pallyy is aimed at social media agencies, freelance social media managers, multi-location businesses, in-house marketing teams, small businesses, and creators. Pro is most appropriate for a solo operator working with one brand set; Agency better fits teams separating several client or brand accounts; Scale serves larger operations needing more seats and sets. Creators or small businesses with modest image-only schedules can start on Free, but its one-user and 15-post caps set a low ceiling.

Pros and cons

Pro: Shared-link approvals let clients and teammates comment and approve without a Pallyy account, reducing onboarding friction in review cycles.
Pro: A social set can group up to 11 accounts for one brand or client, and Agency and Scale include multiple sets for teams managing several brands.
Pro: REST API and MCP server access give stack-conscious teams integration options alongside a broad set of publishing, analytics, and collaboration workflows.
Con: Free allows only image posts, one user, 15 scheduled posts monthly, 200 MB of storage, and 30 days of analytics history, limiting it to light use.
Con: Pro includes one set and one user, so multi-client or collaborative work requires a higher tier or paid additions.
Con: Additional sets or users cost extra on Agency, while Scale charges custom pricing for expansion beyond its included allotments.

Alternatives

Choose Buffer if its Free plan’s up-to-three channels and 10 scheduled posts per channel better match a small publishing operation, or if Android, iOS, or browser-extension access matters to your platform mix. Choose Metricool if one brand, 20 monthly posts, and tracking five competitors suit your needs better; it has no free trial.

Shoutrrr is another freemium option, with both a managed cloud plan and self-hosted offering. OneUp is a paid alternative with a Basic plan at $25.00 USD per month, including five social accounts and 300 scheduled posts. CoSchedule offers a freemium model and a Starter plan at $29.00 USD per month billed annually, with a monthly option at $39/month.

Social Champ has a free plan with three social accounts, one user, and 15 scheduled posts per profile, making it worth considering if that account-based allowance fits better. Zoho Social offers a free plan with one brand, six social channels, and one team member. Agorapulse has a free plan for one user and three social profiles, with 10 scheduled posts.

Verdict

Pallyy is a strong choice for social media managers and agencies that need publishing, client approvals, analytics, and account grouping in one browser-based platform, with API access available for connected workflows. Its shared-link approvals are a practical differentiator for client collaboration, while its Free and Pro tiers are limited in seats and brand sets. Look elsewhere if your work depends on a generous free allowance, or if your team needs more included seats and brands than the chosen plan provides.
