Overview

Reejig is an enterprise Work Operating System for mapping work, assessing where AI can help, and turning that analysis into orchestrated workflows. It best suits large organizations connecting workforce systems to AI operations; its breadth is compelling, but custom pricing and cloud-only deployment make a demo essential before committing.

Its Work Context Graph combines work architecture, current work context, and a record of changes. The seven-stage process—Map, Analyze, Build, Run, Measure, Log, and Update—links workforce analysis to workflow delivery and ongoing governance, rather than treating task analysis as a standalone exercise.

Key features

Reejig analyzes enterprise tasks for potential AI value and job impact, classifying tasks into six categories and scoring them as run now, govern first, or keep human according to approved AI in the environment. That framing gives teams a way to distinguish near-term automation candidates from work that needs oversight or should remain human-led.

The platform can orchestrate agents into workflows and deliver upgraded workflows for employee adoption. Its orchestration section names Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock, and Sana. Measure tracks hours unlocked, value created, and velocity gained, giving leaders operating measures to follow after deployment.

Log records workflow versions, decisions, builders, approvers, timestamps, and changes as an audit-ready system of record. This is a substantive governance feature for organizations that need accountability as workflows change; it also makes Reejig more than an agent runner.

Workday and SuccessFactors have bi-directional integration. Reejig also lists connectors including iCIMS, Oracle, Beamery, Cornerstone, Lever, Gem, SmartRecruiters, SAP, and JobAdder, and can send workforce data to Databricks, Snowflake, or other tools via API. This gives teams several routes into existing HR and data infrastructure, though the deployment remains cloud-based.

Pricing

Reejig Work OS costs 250000.00 USD per year (billed $250,000.00 per 12 months; 12-month contract · single contract dimension priced in Units). The annual commitment and single-unit contract structure suit enterprise procurement, not teams looking to start with a low-cost or self-serve plan. There is no free plan or trial described; prospective customers are directed to book a demo to discuss fit.

The Work OS plan includes attrition analytics, workforce planning, diversity analytics, scenario modeling, and real-time data refresh. For enterprises combining workforce planning and AI workflow orchestration, that scope may consolidate related work; buyers focused on only one of those needs should weigh the substantial annual contract against a narrower tool.

Platforms

Reejig supports web and API access. It stores and processes data in a secure cloud and does not store it on-premises, so organizations requiring on-premises storage should look elsewhere. Security controls include AES-256 encryption at rest and for internal traffic, TLS 1.2 for API connections, HTTPS for web traffic, SAML single sign-on, permissions-based accounts, and logs of employee access to customer data. The cloud platform is certified to SOC 2 Type I and Type II by third-party auditors.

Reejig says its ATS and CRM workflow solution can be live in as little as 12 weeks. That offers a concrete implementation horizon, but it is not a promise that every deployment will follow that schedule. The company offers a personalized walkthrough and recommends a demo to discuss implementation and fit.

Who it's for

Reejig is aimed at enterprises that want to connect workforce data, AI task analysis, agent orchestration, and workflow measurement in one operating model. Its Fortune 50 enterprise audience, HR system integrations, and audit trail make it a stronger fit for organizations with established governance and workforce planning needs than for small teams seeking an inexpensive standalone AI tool.

Pros and cons

Pro: The seven-stage process connects task analysis to running, measuring, and logging workflows, helping teams track both impact and governance.
Pro: Workday and SuccessFactors integration, a broader ATS/CRM connector set, and API data export support fit with existing workforce and data platforms.
Pro: SOC 2 Type I and II certification, encryption, SAML SSO, permissions, and access logging address important enterprise controls.
Con: The 250000.00 USD annual price and 12-month contract create a substantial commitment for buyers who need to validate value before scaling.
Con: Cloud-only storage and processing rule it out for organizations that require on-premises data storage.
Con: The platform spans workforce analysis and orchestration, so teams seeking only a focused analytics product may not need its full scope.

Verdict

Reejig is best for large enterprises that need workforce analysis, AI workflow orchestration, measurable outcomes, and an audit trail tied together. Its strongest reason to choose it is that end-to-end operating model; its strongest reasons to look elsewhere are the $250,000 annual commitment and cloud-only deployment.
