Overview

Perdoo is strategy-execution software that connects strategy, OKRs, KPIs, and performance routines. It is best suited to teams that want goal progress linked to their working apps, rather than maintained as a separate reporting exercise. Its appeal is the combination of connected progress, goal-setting tools, and API access; private goals require the top plan.

Key features

Progress and integrations

Perdoo can pull progress from connected apps and generate status reports automatically. It connects with thousands of apps, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Salesforce, Power BI, and HRIS tools. That is useful when teams already record work in those systems and want goals to reflect it. Integration tiers differ by plan: Premium includes Premium Integrations and Supreme includes Supreme Integrations, so the free plan should not be assumed to cover every connection.

Goal-setting and AI

The AI Assistant drafts Strategic Pillars, OKRs, KPIs, and Initiatives for company, team, or individual goals. That can help teams turn broad priorities into a first structure, but the draft is not a substitute for agreeing on meaningful outcomes and measures. Perdoo also supports goal alignment, one-on-ones, and review cycles, making it more than a goal list.

API and MCP connectivity

The GraphQL API can create or update OKRs, Initiatives, and KPIs, and retrieve goal data for reports and dashboards. Perdoo also connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cursor, Gemini, and other MCP-ready clients. API and MCP server access are included in Premium, making that tier relevant to teams that want to connect their own tools or AI clients; it is not part of the Free plan.

Security and administration

Perdoo states that it is SOC 2 certified and GDPR compliant. Customer data is stored in AWS data centers in Frankfurt, Germany; traffic uses HTTPS with 256-bit encryption, and databases are encrypted at rest. Premium includes SSO and SCIM. Paid subscriptions include online OKR 101 training and in-app chat support, while customers purchasing 50 or more user licenses receive three hours of expert coaching.

Pricing

Perdoo uses a freemium model, with a free trial also available. The free plan costs 0.00 USD per free for up to 5 users and includes Strategy Maps, OKR and KPI tracking, Meetings, Slack and Teams integration, and the AI Assistant and Coach. That is a substantial starting point for a small team, but the five-user cap and absence of the paid tiers' API and MCP server, SSO and SCIM, and premium integration tiers constrain it as adoption grows.

Premium costs 9.00 USD per month, billed per user/month. It adds Dashboards, SSO and SCIM, Premium Integrations, and API and MCP server access. This is the practical step up for teams that need stronger administration or want programmatic and AI-client connections. Supreme costs 11.00 USD per month, billed per user/month, and adds Board Views, Custom Dashboards, Supreme Integrations, and View-only licenses. It is the only tier with private OKRs and KPIs, so teams that need confidential goals must budget for Supreme rather than treating privacy as a lower-tier setting.

Platforms

Perdoo is available on web, iOS, and Android, and offers an API. It supports Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish.

Who it's for

Perdoo is a strong fit for organizations that want strategy, OKRs, KPIs, and performance routines connected to operational tools, especially when automated progress and reporting can reduce manual updates. The free plan can serve a team of up to five users exploring that approach. Teams scaling beyond that, needing single sign-on or API access, can consider Premium; teams requiring private goals need Supreme. It is a weaker fit for buyers whose central requirement is private goals on a lower-cost tier.

Pros and cons

Connected progress and reporting: app data can feed goal progress and automatic status reports, reducing a separate reporting burden for teams using supported integrations.
Broad goal workflow: strategy maps, OKRs, KPIs, alignment, meetings, one-on-ones, and review cycles cover more of the execution process than tracking goals alone.
Integration paths for builders: GraphQL and MCP connectivity support custom data flows and AI-client connections, but access to the API and MCP server starts with Premium.
Private goals are gated: private OKRs and KPIs require Supreme, a material limitation for organizations that need confidentiality without the top-tier plan.
Free access has a firm team cap: the Free plan covers up to five users, so larger teams must move to a paid plan.

Alternatives

Weekdone is worth considering for a smaller team seeking a free plan: its free tier supports up to three users and is described as including full features, live chat, and OKR coaching or support. Perdoo's free plan allows up to five users and includes Strategy Maps and AI tools, so it accommodates a somewhat larger free team.

Tability is an alternative for buyers looking for a paid OKR tool with a Basic plan at 6.00 USD per year, billed yearly at $6 per user/month, including OKRs and check-ins, a strategy map, initiatives and dependencies, and Slack, Teams, Jira, and Linear connections. Perdoo instead offers a free tier and puts API and MCP access in Premium.

Profit.co is another paid alternative with an Enterprise plan using custom module and user-count pricing, plus a dedicated customer success manager and guided onboarding.

Goaltree, Lifeplans, SmartProgress, Week Plan, and Range are additional goal-tracking alternatives.

Verdict

Choose Perdoo if your team wants strategy and goal-setting tied to progress in connected apps, with AI drafting and extensible API or MCP access as needs grow. Its free plan gives small teams a credible way to start, and Premium unlocks useful integration and administration capabilities. Look elsewhere if private OKRs and KPIs are essential but Supreme is beyond budget.
