Overview

Voicent combines automated communications with call-center capabilities. Its hosted service runs in a browser and can be accessed from phones and tablets, while on-premise software supports local phone and text services worldwide. Cloud calling covers the USA and Canada, making the hosted option a poor fit for teams whose calling needs extend beyond those countries.

Unlimited contact imports without extra fees are useful for organizations with large outreach lists. Call charges start at pickup, with a 30-second minimum and six-second increments after that. Brief calls therefore still incur the minimum billing interval. Voicent says it encrypts registration information stored on password-restricted servers and does not sell personal information.

Key features

All cloud plans include campaigns, predictive dialing and an agent dashboard. Dialing modes also include progressive, preview, click-to-call and alternate phone dialing; call recording and voicemail drop round out the calling toolkit. This breadth is valuable for campaign teams, though the listed capacity of one agent and two parallel calls means buyers should check whether it fits their operating scale.

CRM connections include Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zoho CRM, MySQL and Voicent CRM. Developers can choose among simple, application, GUI and advanced gateway interfaces, as well as CRM and campaign interfaces. That range offers several integration routes, but the choice of interface will depend on the workflow a team needs to connect.

Pricing

Voicent has a free plan and a 30-day trial. The Free plan is 0.00 USD per free and includes 100 minutes/texts, making it a small-scale way to assess the service rather than a substantial campaign allowance. Starter is 179.00 USD per month, billed monthly, for 6,500 minutes/texts per month, unlimited campaigns and contacts, an auto dialer, predictive dialer, CRM and reports. It fits a team needing core outbound tools, but the included monthly quota and stated agent capacity warrant close review.

Premium costs 549.00 USD per month, billed monthly, and raises the allowance to 25,000 minutes/texts per month. It adds multiple locations, role-based access, an agent dashboard and IVR integration, making it the more suitable tier for organizations coordinating outreach across locations or roles. Enterprise is 22222.00 USD per month, billed monthly, for 1 Million minutes/texts per month, a dedicated server, ACD skills-based routing, unlimited phone lines and a powerful API. Its scale and routing features target large operations, not teams seeking a low-cost step up.

Pay as you Go is priced at 19198.00 USD per month, billed monthly or yearly. It includes credit bundles, five lines per agent and credits that never expire, with a free 30 days, one agent and two lines. The credit terms may suit usage that varies over time, but the listed price and line details make it important to confirm the intended configuration before choosing it. The pricing note also gives paid plans from $19/mo; that entry figure sits well below the named plan prices, so buyers should verify which offering and terms it applies to.

Platforms

The browser-based cloud service works across devices, while the on-premise server software requires Windows. On-premise deployments support worldwide local phone and text services, but organizations must be prepared to run Windows. Standard support runs 8am-5pm Monday-Friday PST, excluding Voicent holidays or closures. On-premise support covers the latest release and the three previous versions of prior releases, a defined maintenance window that makes upgrade planning relevant.

Who it's for

Voicent is a fit for organizations that need automated multichannel outreach, campaign dialing and CRM connections, especially when cloud calling in the USA and Canada is sufficient. It is less suitable for teams that need broader cloud calling geography, more than the stated agent and parallel-call capacity, or an on-premise server outside Windows.

Pros and cons

Pros: Unlimited cloud contact imports avoid extra fees as outreach lists grow.
Pros: Multiple dialing modes, recording and voicemail drop give campaign teams practical calling options.
Pros: CRM and developer interfaces provide several routes for connecting campaigns and customer systems.
Cons: Cloud calling is limited to the USA and Canada, restricting international calling needs.
Cons: The 30-second call minimum can weigh on costs when many calls are brief.
Cons: On-premise server software requires Windows, and the stated capacity of one agent and two parallel calls may not suit larger teams.

Verdict

Choose Voicent when campaign-based outreach needs voice, email and text automation alongside dialing, CRM connections and a choice between hosted and Windows-based on-premise deployment. Its broad calling toolkit and unlimited contact imports are the strongest reasons to consider it. Look elsewhere if cloud calling must reach beyond the USA and Canada, short calls dominate usage, or the stated capacity and Windows requirement do not fit your operation.
