Overview

Tour24 is a self-guided touring and leasing platform for multifamily properties. It is best suited to owners and operators who want prospects to handle tours and applications through one renter-facing workflow, supported by tools for managing units and tour performance. Its broad workflow is appealing, but custom pricing and the collection of ID and location information deserve close review.

Key features

One renter journey, including on-demand tours

Prospects can register, schedule, tour, ask questions, submit feedback, and apply in the app. TourNow adds the option to begin a tour on arrival without an appointment, useful for properties that want to accommodate visitors who are ready to look immediately. Zillow scheduling can also feed leads into a property’s existing CRM or PMS integration, connecting discovery to an established leasing stack.

Guidance, access, and privacy

Visitors can follow a planned route or explore freely, with prerecorded messages that respond to the camera feed. Phone-based smart-lock integration provides access to the property and unit at tour time. These capabilities reduce reliance on an escorted showing, though teams should confirm that the access setup fits their properties. Tour24 says prospects complete ID verification on their first tour. Its privacy policy says it may collect ID and location information, including rooms and amenity spaces visited via Bluetooth beacons; teams should account for those data practices when deciding whether the renter experience suits their policies.

Tools for leasing teams

Tour24 Explore gives staff tour management, performance analytics, and real-time dashboards. Vacant Unit Management lets teams change which units appear on tour paths, customize directions, and assign beacons for wayfinding. ToriAI captures real-time data from tour interactions to provide leasing intelligence. Together, these tools make the platform more than a scheduling interface: it also addresses route maintenance and visibility into visitor engagement.

Tour24 says it integrates with existing technology stacks, and publishes a client API using token-based authentication with a client identifier and API key. That gives technical teams an integration path to assess, but API publication alone does not establish which systems or data flows a deployment will support. Renter support is available by email at support@tour24.io and by phone at 888-297-7411.

Pricing

Tour24 is paid, with custom pricing for multifamily owners and operators and a custom deployment. The Tour24 plan is priced on request; teams need a quote to judge fit against their property portfolio and budget. No trial, seat allowance, usage quota, renewal term, or published price is provided in the plan terms, so buyers should clarify those points during procurement rather than assume a standard subscription.

Platforms

Tour24 supports Android, iOS, web, and API access. Its App Store listing identifies support for iPhone and iPad and requires iOS 15.1 or later for iPhone. The stated availability across mobile and web suits teams serving renters on different devices, while the client API gives developers a route to evaluate integration.

Who it's for

Tour24 is a strong candidate for multifamily owners and operators that want prospective renters to schedule or start tours independently, access units by phone, and continue into applications in the same workflow. Its unit-path controls and performance dashboards also suit teams managing self-guided visits across available units. It is less compelling for teams that need predictable public pricing before engaging a vendor, or whose privacy requirements make ID and visit-location collection a poor fit.

Pros and cons

Pros

End-to-end renter workflow: Registration, scheduling, touring, questions, feedback, and applications sit within one platform.
Appointment-free access: TourNow lets prospects begin when they arrive, rather than requiring advance scheduling.
Operational control: Vacant Unit Management supports changing tour paths and directions, while Explore provides performance analytics and real-time dashboards.
Integration options: Zillow scheduling can pass leads to an existing CRM or PMS integration, and Tour24 publishes a token-authenticated client API.

Cons

Cost is difficult to assess up front: Custom pricing requires a quote, so budget fit cannot be compared from a published plan price.
Visitor data warrants scrutiny: ID verification and location information, including visited rooms and amenity spaces, may not suit every operator’s privacy requirements.
Access depends on the property setup: Phone-based smart-lock integration is central to independent entry, so teams should verify its fit for their properties.

Verdict

Tour24 is a good fit for multifamily operators who want a connected self-guided tour and leasing flow, with practical controls for routes, units, and performance. Its strongest reason to choose it is the combination of renter-side touring and application steps with staff-side tour management. Look elsewhere if you need transparent pricing before vendor discussions or cannot accommodate the stated ID and location data collection.
