Overview

Revenue projections look three months ahead, using six months of history, trend analysis, a three-month moving average and open opportunities weighted by their stage-specific chance of closing. Totals update as deals move through the pipeline. High and low bounds widen for later months, a useful reminder that farther-out estimates carry more uncertainty.

Placement predictions also cover the next three months, separating contract and permanent placements and drawing on pipeline stages and historical win rates. Users can set monthly, quarterly or yearly targets for revenue, placements or pipeline value, for an individual or the company. Forecast data refreshes in real time, and Wizard Application is the supported CRM.

Key features

Revenue, placements and targets

Putting sales projections and placement estimates together may suit recruitment agencies balancing commercial performance with delivery. Other SMEs, including law firms, consultancies, software companies and startups, can use the revenue and pipeline targets without relying on placement predictions. The forecasts are tied to Wizard Application's pipeline, however, so teams seeking a forecasting layer for another CRM should look elsewhere.

Connections and security

Listed integrations span Xero, Stripe and PayPal, collaboration and storage services such as Google Drive, OneDrive and SharePoint, and calendars and meeting tools including Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Wizard AI can use the maker's OpenAI connection with wallet credits or a customer's account with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure, Mistral, Groq or OpenRouter. This choice may help teams fit their existing AI-provider arrangements.

The maker says data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2+, with daily backups, multi-factor authentication and yearly third-party penetration tests. Wizard Application is Cyber Essentials certified and is working toward ISO 27001 certification and a SOC 2 Type II audit.

Pricing

Wizard uses a freemium model. Starter is free indefinitely, requires no credit card and includes 10 AI credits and 10 bookings per month, 25 candidates, 10 companies, 10 content items, one court bundle, five documents, five invoices per month, five jobs, 15 password-vault entries and 1 GB of storage. The first user is included; each additional user costs $9.99/month. These caps make it a limited entry point rather than a practical home for a larger operating pipeline.

Standard is billed £99/mo or £990/year. It raises the monthly allowance to 100 AI credits and 30 bookings, with 100 candidates, 100 companies, unlimited content items, five court bundles, 25 documents, 50 invoices, 100 jobs, 50 password-vault entries and 5 GB storage. It includes one user, with additional users at $9.99/month, but does not include Forecasts. It suits teams needing more room in the wider application, not buyers choosing Wizard specifically for forecasting.

Professional is billed £299/mo or £2990/year and is the first tier with Forecasts. It includes 500 AI credits, unlimited bookings, candidates, companies, content items, invoices and jobs, 10 court bundles, unlimited documents, 50 GB storage and 100k API requests/month. The first user is included and each additional user costs $9.99/month. This is the relevant plan for forecasting, though its price and separate per-user charge matter as teams grow.

Enterprise has custom pricing, 2,000 AI credits, the same unlimited bookings, candidates, companies, content items, invoices and jobs, plus unlimited court bundles, documents and password-vault entries, 500 GB storage, custom API limits and user seats, and SSO/SAML. It also adds 24/7 phone support. All plans include in-app support with a typical response within 24 hours. Paid plans have a 7-day free trial with full feature access; annual billing lowers the stated monthly equivalent on Standard and Professional, but commits buyers to a year.

Platforms

Wizard Application supports web, iOS and Android, as well as an API and extension. The maker says its mobile apps synchronize and provide push notifications. The API allowance is 100k requests/month on Professional, while Enterprise has custom limits.

Who it's for

Wizard AI Forecasts is most compelling for SMEs and growing businesses already keeping opportunities in Wizard Application, especially recruitment agencies that need both revenue and contract/permanent placement outlooks. It is less suited to teams needing forecasts from a different CRM, or to buyers who want forecasting on a lower paid tier: Standard does not include it.

Pros and cons

Pros: Revenue and placement projections share a three-month horizon, giving recruitment teams a combined view.
Pros: Stage-weighted pipeline, historical performance and widening confidence bounds make the forecast basis and uncertainty visible.
Pros: Individual and company targets cover revenue, placements and pipeline value across monthly, quarterly and yearly periods.
Cons: Forecasts require Professional at £299/mo or £2990/year, so the free and £99/mo Standard plans cannot serve as lower-cost forecasting tiers.
Cons: Forecasts use Wizard Application as the CRM, limiting their fit for teams whose pipeline lives elsewhere.
Cons: Starter's low monthly quotas and 1 GB storage constrain its usefulness beyond trying the broader application.

Alternatives

For a paid forecasting option with API and self-hosted platforms, consider Intelegit Forecasting & Planning; its Starter plan includes one CRM and 12 months of history, with custom pricing. Salesloft is another paid option with Android, iOS, web, API and extension support, and custom package details.

Choose Goals.com when the priority is a goal-setting platform with a 14-day trial and annual or monthly billing. RevSure may suit teams seeking revenue intelligence with up to 50,000 contacts and leads, 10 users, 10 integrations and four GA agents for $4000.00 USD per month.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is a freemium alternative with an extension platform, while Aviso Sales Engagement offers custom proposals and white-glove onboarding. Fullcast Revenue Intelligence is a paid, web-based option with a free trial. Gong Forecast is a paid forecasting option with Android, iOS and web support, per-user licenses and a platform fee based on users supported.

Verdict

Choose Wizard AI Forecasts if your growing business already runs its pipeline in Wizard Application and needs revenue and recruitment placement projections in one view. The combination of stage-weighted forecasts, confidence bands and flexible targets is its clearest advantage. Look elsewhere if you need CRM flexibility or forecasting below Professional, which costs £299/mo or £2990/year.
