Overview

RevOps combines agreement creation, configurable pricing, and approval workflows in one platform, with two-way synchronization for HubSpot and Salesforce. That makes it a fit for sales organizations where commercial terms and approvals are part of the deal process, not just document handling. Teams with simple quoting needs may find the platform’s broader deal-desk scope unnecessary.

Key features

Agreements and pricing

The builder creates quotes, pulls CRM data into deals, and can send agreements for eSignature. Templates and reusable legal term blocks cover orders, renewals, NDAs, and other agreements, helping teams standardize repeat paperwork. Pricing support includes ramp schedules, true-ups, minimum commitments, upsells, cross-sells, co-terming, and renewals. This range is useful for non-standard or evolving deal terms; it is more capability than teams with only fixed-price quotes may need.

Approvals and integrations

Approval workflows can automate deal approvals, topic creation, and countersigner assignments. Approval levels are custom, and the platform includes discount controls and an approval audit trail. That gives teams a way to route and track decisions, though the approval structure will need to be defined around their process.

HubSpot and Salesforce support two-way CRM synchronization. Other listed integrations include DocuSign, Google Workspace, Slack, Maxio, and Chargebee, which gives teams several routes to connect agreement work with their existing tools. The security page describes tokenization of sensitive information before it reaches the platform and encryption of sensitive data passing through the system; RevOps states it is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant and PCI certified.

Pricing

Freemium: The free plan has no time limit or expiration and allows up to 5 users, 2 teams, 5 templates, 3 workflows, and 1 business profile. It is positioned for new businesses with fewer than 5 go-to-market staff. Those caps make it a practical starting point for a small team, but not a roomy option for growing deal volume or adding process complexity. Standard email support is included.

Pro: 75.00 USD per month (billed /user/month). Pro includes 25 free collaborators, unlimited teams and templates, premium support, and implementation services. It is positioned for teams above 5; the expanded team and template allowances suit broader rollout, but the per-user billing makes seat growth a direct cost consideration. Premium support includes Slack channel support and faster SLAs.

Enterprise: Custom pricing. Enterprise includes unlimited teams, templates, collaborators, and business profiles, a custom data processing agreement, and premium support. It is aimed at teams above 25 or those with dedicated deal desk needs, where the unlimited allowances and tailored agreement terms matter more than a self-serve price.

All plans include standard email support; Pro and Enterprise add premium support. There is no free trial, so the free plan is the available way to begin without a paid commitment.

Platforms

RevOps is available on web and through an API. The web product suits teams working in the platform, while the API offers an integration path for teams that need to connect it programmatically.

Who it's for

RevOps is best for go-to-market teams that need configurable commercial terms, controlled approvals, and CRM-synchronized agreement workflows. Small teams can assess the workflow within the free plan’s explicit limits. Teams with more than five staff or larger collaboration needs should weigh Pro’s per-user price against its expanded capacity; organizations with dedicated deal desks may fit Enterprise. It is less compelling for buyers who only need straightforward document creation or who cannot justify the per-seat paid tier.

Pros and cons

Pros: One workflow spans quote creation, agreement eSignature, and approvals, reducing the need to separate those deal steps.
Pros: Pricing support covers schedules, commitments, expansions, and renewals, serving deals with changing or layered terms.
Pros: Two-way HubSpot and Salesforce synchronization can keep deal data aligned across the CRM and agreement process.
Pros: The free plan has no expiration, giving small teams a continuing option within its user, team, template, workflow, and profile caps.
Cons: The free tier is limited to 5 users and 3 workflows, which can constrain a team as it grows or formalizes more approval paths.
Cons: Pro costs 75.00 USD per month per user, so adding paid seats can raise the recurring cost as teams expand.
Cons: No free trial is offered, leaving the capped free plan as the only no-cost way to start.

Alternatives

Revenue Operations Software and Deal Desk Software are useful category lists for comparing tools across those needs.

Choose Dreamdata instead if a free plan with 5 seats, 2 months of user history, 3 stage models, 2 notifications, and 1 sync better matches the need; it also offers a free trial.

Factors.ai is another option with a free plan and free trial, plus Basic and Growth plans priced per year.

Consider Varicent Incentives if the need is incentive management; pricing and entitlements are specified in a customer order, and a subscription package plus purchased payee and data-volume entitlements are required.

6sense is a paid option without a free plan, with a Sales Intelligence package that includes predictive AI, Sales Copilot, and company and contact data acquisition.

Choose DealHub if a paid platform with pricing by request and capabilities that vary by tier and add-ons fits the evaluation.

Wicked Reports is a paid alternative with a Measure plan at 499.00 USD per month, covering up to $2,500,000 annual revenue and including FunnelVision, cohort and LTV reports, and standard integrations.

CaptivateIQ is an alternative for incentive compensation, with per-seat custom pricing, a one-time setup fee, and pricing based on payees, compensation complexity, and integrations.

MaxIQ offers an eligible-startup program with free access for 12 months, with continuation potentially tied to growth milestones.

Verdict

RevOps is a strong fit for go-to-market teams that need more than basic quotes: configurable commercial terms, approval controls, and CRM synchronization sit in the same workflow. Its lasting free plan is useful for a small team, but the caps are restrictive and Pro’s 75.00 USD per month per user is a meaningful commitment. Choose it when deal complexity and approval discipline justify that scope; look elsewhere if the team needs only simple agreements or a lower-cost path to broad paid-seat adoption.
