Overview

TigernixClub brings together member registration and relationship management, renewals, payment collection, event bookings, communications, and reporting. That breadth makes it relevant to associations, nonprofits, unions, societies, gyms, and sports and fitness clubs that want to coordinate day-to-day membership operations rather than manage each task separately.

Online signup and renewal, recurring dues, automated renewals, and a member portal cover key points in the membership lifecycle. The product is web-based, and its API is intended to connect with payment gateways, CRM systems, social platforms, and websites. Organizations with established systems may find that integration route more useful than a standalone membership database, though the product page does not identify particular integrations.

Key features

Membership, billing, and communications

Registration, renewals, self-service signup, and automated reminders help reduce manual work around joining and keeping memberships current. Billing supports invoices, multiple payment options, payment tracking, and recurring transactions. Bulk email tools let teams design, send, and track tailored campaigns, giving membership staff a way to coordinate payment and engagement communications.

Custom intake forms, referral tracking, service plan tracking, and outcome tracking extend the system beyond basic member records. These capabilities may suit organizations that need to capture more than contact and payment information, but the product page does not describe how those workflows are configured.

Events, attendance, and access

Event management includes bookings and ticketing, capacity controls, booking restrictions, and automatically generated digital tickets. Attendance tracking includes mobile access and automated notifications. Together, those functions are useful for clubs and associations that run events alongside membership administration; teams seeking only a simple member directory may not need this wider operational scope.

A secured access module may include keyless member entry, access control, audit trails, visitor management, and biometric authentication. Its potential value is strongest for organizations tying membership to physical facilities, but the product page does not establish which access options are included in a particular configuration.

Analytics and data protection

Membership analytics cover retention, churn, interactions, and trends, while reports can show member demographics and event participation. These views can help teams monitor engagement and participation rather than relying solely on transaction records. The maker also describes access limits, encryption, and compliance with data protection laws as available protections; buyers should confirm how those measures apply to their requirements.

Pricing

TigernixClub is paid software with custom pricing. The product page directs prospective customers to contact Tigernix and offers a free demo, but does not state a trial duration or a published plan structure. That means organizations cannot compare a per-seat or usage cost from the outset and should request a quote that accounts for their modules, users, and operational needs.

With no published tiers, there is no stated cheaper plan with narrower capabilities to weigh against a fuller package. The demo is a practical way to assess fit before committing, but it is not a stated free plan or time-limited trial. Buyers should clarify the pricing basis and the scope of any proposed package during the sales conversation.

Platforms

TigernixClub is available on the web and has an API. Mobile access is supported, including for attendance tracking, while the product page does not identify separate native iOS or Android apps. Teams that require a specific mobile app should confirm that requirement before choosing it.

Who it's for

TigernixClub is aimed at associations, nonprofits, gyms, unions, societies, sports clubs, fitness clubs, health clubs, and other member-oriented organizations. It is a stronger fit for teams that need to connect membership administration with recurring billing, events, attendance, and member communications. Organizations with a physical venue may also value the access-control module.

It is less compelling for a small group that needs only a basic member list or a published, self-serve subscription price. The combination of configurable modules and custom pricing points toward a buyer prepared to scope requirements with the vendor.

Pros and cons

Broad membership workflows: signup, renewals, recurring dues, billing, and member communications sit alongside one another, which suits organizations coordinating ongoing member operations.
API for existing systems: the stated connection options include payment gateways, CRM, social platforms, and websites, giving teams a path to fit the product into an established stack.
Useful event coverage: capacity controls, restrictions, ticketing, and attendance tracking support organizations where events are part of membership delivery.
Potentially relevant facility controls: keyless entry, visitor management, audit trails, and biometric authentication may support clubs that need to link membership with physical access.
Custom pricing limits early comparison: no public price or plan breakdown makes budgeting and quick comparison harder before contacting the vendor.
Mobile app scope is unclear: mobile access is stated, but specific native app platforms are not, which matters to teams with app requirements.

Alternatives

For organizations comparing membership and volunteer-management tools, these options represent different approaches:

Better Impact Volunteer Impact may be a better fit for volunteer programs that want a defined Foundation package with three administrators, basic profiles, a document library, online applications, and branded forms. Its pricing is also by contact.
Get Connected by Galaxy Digital is worth considering when a free plan is a priority; its custom pricing is described as fitting the organization rather than being priced by volunteer count.
Volunteero may suit organizations seeking a quote tailored to active volunteers and staff, with its price calculated for the organization.
POINT is an option for teams seeking a free plan with unlimited volunteers and administrators, plus signups, scheduling, event and contact management, messaging, reminders, and time tracking.
SignUp.com may fit a smaller group that can work within a free Basic plan capped at one primary organizer, one custom participant question, and one group page; Plus costs 20.83 USD per year, billed $249.99 annually.
VolunteerMark offers a free tier for up to 50 volunteers with one administrator and unlimited event creation, making it relevant to teams that can work within those caps.
Church Volunteering may work for a small church team: its free plan covers one team and up to 10 volunteers, with manual reminders and a basic roster builder.
Timecounts is another free-plan option for volunteer coordination, with one organizer, unlimited volunteers, a brandable hub, custom database fields, and volunteer time logs.

Verdict

TigernixClub is a strong candidate for member-focused organizations that need membership workflows joined to billing, events, communications, and potentially facility access. Its API and configurable modules are the main reasons to consider it when fitting membership operations into an existing stack. Look elsewhere if a transparent published price or a clearly defined free tier is essential; TigernixClub requires a sales conversation to establish cost and package scope.
