Overview

Slotly combines personal booking tools with team workflows: guests can book an event, respond to a poll or follow a routing form, while teams can distribute appointments and coordinate shared availability. Smart Overlay lets guests compare an imported .ics calendar against a weekly grid of mutual openings, and hosts can rank availability windows as Ideal or Backup so preferred times surface first. These are useful refinements for reducing scheduling friction, rather than just another booking link.

The product does not collect payments, and custom booking domains are not currently an option. That limits its fit for businesses that need a paid booking flow or branded booking URLs.

Key features

Scheduling and team coordination

Routing forms direct guests to event types based on their answers, meeting polls gather votes on candidate times, and one-off links support limited-use scheduling. Group events, round-robin distribution, collective availability, organizations, subteams and a shared master calendar give teams more than a basic shared calendar. The breadth helps teams with different booking processes, though the per-seat Team price matters as more colleagues need access.

Integrations, reporting and security

Google Calendar has two-way sync; Slotly also describes calendar sync, .ics downloads, timezone conversion and double-book prevention, and mentions Outlook in its calendar-sync section. Its developer platform includes API keys, REST endpoints, signed webhooks, delivery logs, retries, OpenAPI documentation and Zapier/Make recipes—a substantial toolkit for connecting scheduling to existing systems. Analytics cover views, bookings, conversion, sources, routing performance and team utilization, with CSV exports. People CRM adds contacts, notes and CSV import/export.

The Android app supports mobile schedule management. The site says iOS is next and its build path is prepared, so teams needing a current iOS app should not count on it. Enterprise adds SAML SSO with enforced sign-in, SCIM provisioning, audit logs, compliance exports, data retention and deletion controls, security review and a DPA.

Pricing

Slotly is freemium, with a 14-day trial and paid plans from $10/user/mo. Free is $0.00 USD per free, billed forever. It includes one event type and up to 100 bookings per month, with Slotly branding on the booking page. That is a workable personal scheduler, but the event and monthly booking caps can become a constraint as use grows.

Standard is $10.00 USD per month, billed monthly. It removes the event-type and booking caps and includes Google Calendar two-way sync. For an individual who has outgrown Free, it is the straightforward upgrade; custom domains and SMS reminders are marked coming soon, not current benefits.

Team is $15.00 USD per month, billed monthly per seat. It includes everything in Standard plus team calendars and organizations, People CRM, API keys, webhooks and priority support. It suits teams that need shared scheduling or integrations, but costs scale with seats. Custom domains, SMS reminders and paid meetings are also marked coming soon for Team.

Enterprise has custom pricing and includes SAML SSO and SCIM, audit logs and compliance exports, retention and deletion controls, organization branding and dedicated onboarding. It is aimed at large companies that need governance and rollout support; dedicated onboarding and priority support are listed for this plan, while Free is self-serve and Standard has standard support.

Platforms

Slotly is available on Android and the web, and offers an API. The Android app is the current mobile option; iOS is described as next rather than available.

Who it's for

Choose Slotly for personal scheduling that can start free, or for teams that need round-robin assignment, shared calendars, routing and developer hooks alongside booking pages. It is less suitable for appointment businesses that need payment collection, custom booking domains or an iOS app today.

Pros and cons

Pros: Free allows up to 100 bookings per month, enough to support personal use before paying.
Pros: Team combines shared calendars, organizations, CRM, API keys and webhooks, making it useful beyond basic appointment booking.
Pros: API documentation, signed webhooks, retries and delivery logs support more deliberate integrations than a simple calendar connection.
Cons: Free is limited to one event type and carries Slotly branding, so growing or client-facing use may require an upgrade.
Cons: Team is billed per seat, so the $15.00 USD monthly price rises with team size.
Cons: No payment collection or custom booking domain, and the current app is Android rather than iOS.
