Overview

The product brings customer records, deal tracking, helpdesk, website chat, and project work together with a knowledge base, forum, email, and VoIP. That combination may suit teams that want fewer separate tools for customer operations; teams seeking a deep, specialized CRM or helpdesk may prefer a narrower product.

Sugester was founded in Warsaw in 2015 and grew out of a customer-support need at InvoiceOcean. Its CRM tracks profiles and interaction history, with reminders, grouping, reporting, and deals. The helpdesk gathers email, phone calls, and other messages into one inbox, with ticket assignment and canned responses. Teams can embed live chat on a website, view visitors in real time, receive push notifications, and collect offline messages. Internal tasks can be assigned, grouped into projects and subprojects, and tracked for completion time.

Key features

Customer operations: CRM records and the unified inbox give teams a shared place to track relationships and incoming support. Canned responses and ticket assignment help organize recurring work, though the breadth also means Sugester is not solely optimized around one workflow.
Website chat: A code snippet embeds chat, with visitor viewing, push notifications, and offline messages. This can bridge live and unanswered inquiries without a separate chat tool.
Project coordination: Tasks, projects, subprojects, and completion-time tracking connect customer follow-up with internal work. This is useful for teams coordinating service tasks, but not a reason by itself to choose Sugester over a dedicated project manager.
Integrations and API: Listed integrations include Shopify, WooCommerce, Gmail, Mailgun, Plivo, WordPress, eBay, GitHub, Dropbox, and Mailchimp. API documentation is linked from the integrations page, a useful sign for teams considering stack connections.

Pricing

Sugester uses a freemium model, with a free plan, a free 30-day trial that requires no credit card, and paid plans billed monthly. The free plan is free forever; paid prices below are per month as listed.

Plan	Price	Limits and included capacity
Free	0.00 USD per free	3 users, 100 monthly email sends, 100 clients/email lists, 2 email boxes, 3 projects, 1 GB storage
Start	12.00 USD per month	3 users, 1,000 monthly email sends, 1,000 clients/email lists, 3 email boxes, 5 projects, 5 GB storage
Pro	12.00 USD per month	5 users, 1,000 monthly email sends per agent, 1,000 clients/email lists, 10 email boxes, 30 projects, 5 GB storage per agent
Max	25.00 USD per month	Unlimited users, 5,000 monthly email sends per agent, 20,000 clients/email lists, 30 email boxes, 5 live chats, 10 GB storage per agent
Enterprise	50.00 USD per month	Unlimited users, 10,000 monthly email sends per agent, 100,000 clients/email lists, unlimited email boxes and live chats, 30 GB storage per agent

Free is a low-risk fit for a three-person team with modest email volume, but 100 monthly sends and 1 GB storage leave little headroom for active support operations. Start keeps the same three-seat ceiling while raising sends and storage; its 3 email boxes and 5 projects still constrain teams with multiple queues or workstreams. Pro costs the same 12.00 USD per month and raises capacity to five users, 10 email boxes, and 30 projects, making it the stronger fit when those limits matter; its email quota is per agent. Max and Enterprise remove the user ceiling and expand list, email, and storage allowances, with Enterprise also removing email-box and live-chat caps. They are the more suitable choices for larger support operations, while the same monthly email quota per agent remains a planning constraint on both. The trial offers a month to assess fit before committing.

Platforms

Sugester supports web, Android, iOS, and API access. Its cloud app runs in a browser without installation or setup. A self-hosted version is available by inquiry and requires a server with at least 8 GB RAM, Ubuntu Server, nginx, and MySQL; that option suits teams prepared to provide and maintain the specified server environment.

Who it's for

Sugester is best suited to small teams that want CRM records, customer support, chat, and task coordination in one product, and can work within the plan's seat, email, storage, and project limits. It is less compelling for teams that need generous entry-level capacity or want to buy one specialized tool rather than a broad suite.

Pros and cons

Pro: CRM, unified support inbox, website chat, and project tasks sit in one product, which can keep customer follow-up connected to internal work.
Pro: The free plan and no-card 30-day trial let small teams assess the workflows before paying.
Pro: Browser-based cloud access avoids installation, while self-hosting offers a route for teams able to meet its server requirements.
Con: Free and Start both cap use at three users; Free also limits email sends to 100 monthly and storage to 1 GB.
Con: Capacity is divided across plans in ways teams must weigh: Start and Pro share a price but differ in seats, email-box and project counts, and how email sends are allocated.
Con: Self-hosting requires a specified Linux server stack and at least 8 GB RAM, so it is not a turnkey deployment for teams without server capacity.

Verdict

Choose Sugester if a small team wants customer records, support channels, chat, and project follow-up in one system, with cloud access or a self-hosting path. Its main advantage is that operational breadth; its main reason to look elsewhere is the tight free and entry-plan capacity, especially the seat and email-send limits.
