Amazon acquired Veeqo in 2021, eight years after its founding. Sellers do not need to sell on Amazon to use it, and Veeqo says product and sales data remain confidential within Veeqo rather than being shared with other Amazon business units.

Key features

The free Shipping plan is unusually broad on core operating limits: it includes unlimited orders, users, products and SKUs, warehouses and locations, and shipments. Teams can bulk-ship up to 100 orders in one click and use the rate shopping API. Label printing, tracking, a returns portal and shipping automation round out the shipping toolkit. Veeqo also says OTDR label protection and claims come standard, and that customers can earn up to 5% back in Veeqo Credits on labels.

Inventory controls require the Inventory plan. Automated stock sync across channels, demand forecasting, digital picking and unlimited monthly listings are aimed at sellers coordinating stock and fulfillment across multiple storefronts. These are meaningful additions for multichannel operations, but sellers who need them must pay a monthly amount tied to order volume.

High Volume adds a NetSuite integration, priority support, an account manager and API consulting on top of both lower plans. That package is more relevant to businesses with heavier order flows or integration needs than to small sellers seeking only shipping tools. Veeqo lists connections including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL and NetSuite. Wayfair, Alibaba, Mirakl, Best Buy, Squarespace and Faire are marked as coming soon, so teams dependent on those connections should not assume they can use them now.

Veeqo says its Vera AI support agent is available around the clock; human experts are available 17 hours on weekdays and 9.5 hours on weekends. The broad stated hours offer a useful support path, though priority support is reserved for High Volume.

Shipping: $0.00 USD per free. This plan is suited to sellers who need shipping workflows without a subscription. Unlimited orders, users, products and SKUs, warehouses and locations, and shipments make its stated quotas generous; bulk shipping is capped at 100 orders per one-click action. It does not include the automated inventory features that define the next tier.

Inventory: $19.00 USD per month. Billed from $19/month, with monthly cost depending on order volume, this plan fits sellers who need automated inventory sync, forecasting, digital picking, unlimited monthly listings and Veeqo MCP. The entry price is not a fixed ceiling: order volume affects the monthly cost.

High Volume: $350.00 USD per month. Billed from $350/month and also dependent on order volume, it is for operations that need NetSuite, priority support, an account manager or API consulting alongside Shipping and Inventory. The higher starting price is difficult to justify if those additions are not operational requirements.

A team that only needs shipping can start free; a seller that needs cross-channel stock synchronization should budget for Inventory. Businesses dependent on an integration marked coming soon should look elsewhere until it is available.
