Overview

Zennvue combines vendor business tools with a free app for couples. Vendors can manage marketplace profiles, leads, proposals, signed contracts, invoices, payments, bookings, calendars and galleries; couples can handle discovery, budgets, timelines, guests, RSVPs, seating and payment tracking.

The connection is useful when a vendor wants client planning and business operations in the same system rather than a separate planning tool. Stripe Connect manages deposits, balances, vendor payouts and payment records, while standard Stripe processing is passed through. Zennvue is not an escrow service or insurer, so businesses needing either should look elsewhere.

Key features

Operations and planning

The vendor workspace spans the booking pipeline from lead inbox through payment and calendar management. Couples get a broad planning toolkit, including guest lists, seating and RSVPs. That breadth suits teams coordinating multiple parts of a wedding, though the range of functions alone does not establish how well it fits a particular workflow.

AI with user approval

Zennvue AI supports vendor matching, drafting, contract review, lead scoring and a couples’ planning assistant. Users approve actions and messages, keeping the AI in an assistive role rather than letting it act without review. Pro unlocks a deeper planning assistant, while Professional includes the full AI feature library.

Trust and safeguards

Vendor profiles are reviewed before going live, and reviews are limited to couples with confirmed bookings. Zennvue says vendor data is isolated, access is role-based, data is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher in transit and AES-256 at rest, and Stripe handles card data. It does not claim certifications it does not hold; businesses with specific compliance requirements should ask about them directly.

Pricing

Couples can use the Free plan at 0.00 USD per free. It includes AI vendor matching and booking, budget, timeline and guest-list tools, RSVP tracking, seating charts, contract review and payment tracking. Pro costs 9.99 USD per month, or $95.90/yr billed annually ($7.99/mo), adding a deeper AI planning assistant, premium inspiration boards and priority vendor matching. Planner costs 39.00 USD per month, or $374.40/yr billed annually ($31.20/mo), and adds support for multiple weddings, client and budget dashboards, and shared vendor timelines. Pro is the step up for couples wanting more AI guidance; Planner is aimed at those managing several weddings at once.

For vendors, Marketplace Free costs 0.00 USD per free and charges a 15% take rate only on bookings Zennvue produces. That can avoid a subscription while testing marketplace demand, but the fee applies to those attributed bookings. Paid vendor plans have a 0% Zennvue fee on vendor payments, with a 2.9% Stripe processing passthrough.

Starter costs 49.00 USD per month, or $470.40/yr billed annually ($39.20/mo), with a marketplace listing, lead inbox and pipeline, proposals, contracts, invoices, core AI and Stripe Connect payments. Professional is 99.00 USD per month, or $950.40/yr billed annually ($79.20/mo), adding all 17 modules, the full AI feature library, galleries, timelines, seating and priority support. Starter covers core vendor operations; Professional is the more complete fit for teams needing the wider module set and priority help.

Business costs 179.00 USD per month, or $1,718.40/yr billed annually ($143.20/mo), adding multiple seats, team analytics and reports, brand voice training and automation workflows. Studio costs 499.00 USD per month, or $4,790.40/yr billed annually ($399.20/mo), with expanded seats and volume, advanced automations, priority marketplace placement options and dedicated onboarding. Enterprise costs 1999.00 USD per month, or $19,190.40/yr billed annually ($1,599.20/mo), adding unlimited seats, SSO and advanced security, custom integrations and a dedicated success manager. Choose by operational need: Business for team visibility and automation, Studio for expanded capacity and onboarding, and Enterprise for unlimited seats, SSO or custom integration work. Silver Placement is 299.00 USD per month for optional boosted placement in vendor categories and markets.

Paid vendor plans include a 30-day free trial, require a card at signup and convert to the selected plan unless canceled before the signup deadline. That makes the trial worth tracking closely. Custom integrations can be scoped for studios, venues and multi-brand teams around reporting, onboarding and high-volume operations.

Platforms

Zennvue is available on the web. Couples’ planning and vendor operations share that platform.

Who it's for

Zennvue is best suited to wedding vendors who want a connected marketplace, lead pipeline, contracts, payments and planning tools, and to couples who want vendor discovery and planning in one place. Its higher vendor tiers target teams that need multiple seats, analytics, automations, onboarding or custom integrations. A solo vendor wanting only a listing may find the paid operating suite more than they need, while Marketplace Free comes with a substantial take rate on Zennvue-produced bookings.

Pros and cons

Pros

Vendor workflows and couples’ planning tools share a platform, reducing the need to split those jobs across separate products.
AI spans matching, drafting, contract review and lead scoring, with users approving actions and messages.
Paid vendor plans remove Zennvue’s fee on vendor payments, while Stripe processing remains a 2.9% passthrough.
Higher tiers add team seats, analytics, automation, onboarding and custom integration options for growing operations.

Cons

Marketplace Free takes 15% on bookings Zennvue produces, which can be costly for vendors relying on that channel.
The paid-plan trial requires a card and automatically converts unless canceled before the signup deadline.
Enterprise costs 1999.00 USD per month, placing its unlimited seats, SSO and custom integrations at a substantial price point.
Zennvue is not an escrow service or insurer, so it does not cover those needs.

Verdict

Choose Zennvue if you are a wedding vendor or team that wants marketplace, client planning, payments and operational workflows connected in one system, or a couple looking for a broad free planning toolkit. Its strongest case is that connected scope; its clearest cautions are the Marketplace Free take rate and the paid trial’s card-and-cancellation conditions. If neither the vendor suite nor the couples’ planning breadth is useful to you, a more focused alternative may fit better.
