About
PODStar is TouchStar’s electronic proof-of-delivery software for parcel, general logistics and other delivery operations. Drivers use Android devices to capture signatures, photos, barcode scans and delivery data, with GPS evidence and real-time status. These records can be attached to client records and combined into an audit trail for investigating disputes. Drivers can keep working offline, with data syncing after connectivity returns. Beyond proof capture, the system includes job scheduling, route planning, driver and vehicle tracking, vehicle inspections, invoicing and driver administration. A self-service portal lets customers view orders, delivery status and proof. The software is offered as SaaS over the internet using Microsoft Azure infrastructure, and it works on Android smartphones and rugged units. PODStar can connect to ERP, warehouse management, transport management and accounting systems through middleware or API integration. TouchStar describes a published API and offers integration guidance and support. Pricing is quoted on request; no price or plan limits are published.
