Overview

AmplifAI replaces manual sampling with automated evaluation across voice, chat, email, surveys, and AI-agent interactions; it says it scores every interaction. Routine contacts can be auto-scored while complex cases are flagged for human review, giving teams a way to widen coverage without treating every case as a straightforward automated decision.

Evaluation results can feed coaching when an interaction fails or scores poorly, and recognition when performance stands out. Conversation analysis across scored interactions surfaces sentiment, intent, topics, and behavior to help teams identify patterns and possible root causes. That connection between QA and follow-up is useful for teams that want scores to drive action, not simply populate reports.

Key features

Evaluation and calibration

Customizable evaluation forms, QA reporting, and calibration workflows support consistent scoring among evaluators, team leaders, and BPO partners. Dispute and appeal trails remain alongside the interaction and evaluation, which matters when scores inform coaching or performance decisions. Auto-scoring expands routine coverage, but complex cases still require human review.

Compliance and AI-agent review

The platform monitors calls, chats, and transcripts for compliance misses and risky behavior. It also evaluates chatbot, voice-bot, and AI-agent conversations for resolution, compliance, and customer experience. This breadth is a fit for organizations whose QA remit spans both human agents and automated service; teams focused only on traditional call scoring may not need the full scope.

Integrations and data protection

AmplifAI describes more than 150 cloud, on-premise, and homegrown data sources, including Five9, Genesys, NICE CXone, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Calabrio. It says sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, card numbers, birth dates, and health information is redacted before AI processing. The company also says its internally hosted language models do not send customer data to public APIs or train models for other customers.

AmplifAI reports AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest, logical separation of customer environments, and SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, and ARC-AMPE credentials. It supports cloud-first deployment as well as on-premise and private-cloud options, including deployment in a customer's cloud infrastructure. Recordings are analyzed and transcribed, linked to the customer's system of record, and not stored long-term by AmplifAI. These controls and deployment choices may suit regulated or infrastructure-sensitive teams, though buyers should assess their requirements directly with the vendor.

Pricing

AmplifAI uses a paid model with custom pricing; no public plan price is provided. Prospective customers are directed to request a demo or speak with an integration expert, and the Auto QA test page describes itself as a light demo rather than the full product. This approach favors buyers evaluating a platform-level deployment with vendor guidance, but it makes budget comparison and self-serve evaluation harder. No published seat or usage quota, trial length, or renewal term is stated.

Platforms

AmplifAI lists API, self-hosted, and web platforms. Its deployment options include cloud, on-premise, and private-cloud environments, while its recording workflow links analysis back to the customer's system of record instead of retaining call recordings long-term.

Who it's for

QA analysts, team leaders, BPO partners, and quality leaders are the intended users. AmplifAI is most compelling for organizations managing several interaction channels, compliance obligations, and AI-agent experiences, especially when calibration and coaching need to connect to evaluation. A small team seeking a transparent entry price or an immediately usable free tier should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pro: Automated coverage spans voice, chat, email, surveys, and AI agents, reducing reliance on manual sampling.
Pro: Coaching, recognition, calibration, and dispute trails connect scores to operational follow-up and review.
Pro: Multiple deployment models, sensitive-data redaction, and stated security controls give infrastructure-conscious teams options.
Con: Custom pricing and demo-led access make it difficult to assess cost or start independently.
Con: Complex interactions still go to human review, so automation does not eliminate evaluator workload.

Verdict

Choose AmplifAI when a contact-center quality program needs omnichannel scoring, AI-agent evaluation, calibration, compliance monitoring, and coaching connected in one workflow. Its combination of broad coverage and deployment choices is the main reason to consider it. Look elsewhere if public pricing, a self-serve trial, or a free entry tier is essential to your decision.
