Overview

BusyBusy is a workforce time-tracking and project-management platform with web and mobile access. It suits field teams that need to capture attendance and give supervisors tools to follow work across projects. Unlimited users on the free plan make it an accessible starting point, while the more extensive Pro and Premium features come with custom pricing.

Key features

Time and attendance

Break and overtime tracking address two practical parts of workforce timekeeping, while geofencing and kiosk mode add location-aware and shared-device options. Payroll integrations may help connect recorded time to payroll workflows. Teams that depend on a particular payroll system should confirm compatibility before choosing BusyBusy.

Supervisor and project workflows

Pro adds GPS breadcrumbing, supervisor tools, daily sign-offs, photos and notes, and scheduling. These capabilities make it more suitable than a basic clock for managers who need location context and a record of daily work. Premium includes everything in Pro, then adds documents, daily project reports, progress tracking, checklists, and team messaging. That broader set better fits teams that want project coordination alongside timekeeping; the custom price makes the cost of that expansion a key buying question.

Pricing

BusyBusy uses a freemium model and offers a 14-day trial. The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and allows unlimited users, an unusually open entry point for teams that want to start without a per-seat cap. The available plan features do not identify which tracking or management tools are included in Free, so buyers should verify that it covers their required workflows.

Pro has custom pricing and adds GPS breadcrumbing, supervisor tools, daily sign-offs, photos and notes, and scheduling. Premium also has custom pricing and includes all Pro capabilities plus documents, daily project reports, progress tracking, checklists, and team messaging. Pro is the more focused step up for supervisory control and scheduling; Premium is aimed at teams needing a wider project workflow. With no published prices for either tier, compare their quotes against the value of those specific additions before committing.

Platforms

BusyBusy runs on the web, iOS, and Android, with a mobile app. That combination suits teams whose field workers need phone access while managers also work from a browser. Kiosk mode offers another time-capture option, though the platform details do not say how it is configured.

Who it's for

BusyBusy is a strong candidate for field-oriented teams that need mobile timekeeping, break and overtime tracking, and a path from attendance capture to supervisory or project tools. The free plan's unlimited users are particularly useful for organizations assessing fit across a workforce. It is less compelling for buyers who need certainty about paid-tier costs or confirmed support for a specific payroll provider before evaluating a product.

Pros and cons

Pros: The Free plan has unlimited users, avoiding a stated seat ceiling at the entry level.
Pros: Pro and Premium offer a clear progression from supervisor oversight and scheduling to project reports, checklists, and team messaging.
Pros: Web, iOS, and Android access supports both browser-based management and mobile use.
Cons: Pro and Premium use custom pricing, making the cost of their expanded capabilities harder to assess before requesting a quote.
Cons: Payroll integrations are included among the capabilities, but the specific systems are not identified; teams with a required provider need to verify compatibility.

Verdict

Choose BusyBusy if your field team needs mobile timekeeping, unlimited users on a free entry plan, and the option to add supervisor and project workflows. Its broad Pro and Premium capabilities are the main reason to consider it; custom pricing and unconfirmed payroll compatibility are the reasons to look elsewhere or verify fit first.
