Overview

MatrixFlows Partner Portal gives channel partners a branded place to learn, find approved materials, register deals and get support. It suits teams coordinating resellers, dealers, installers or system integrators, particularly when access needs to vary by partner tier or brand. Its breadth is appealing, but annual pricing starts above a short Team trial and rises across six plans.

Key features

Training combines courses with tracked certification progress, which can unlock partner tiers and content. That ties enablement to access rules rather than treating training as a separate resource. Guided forms for deal registration, MDF/co-op and pricing requests add conditional logic and approval tracking, useful for channel teams that need structured submissions instead of ad hoc requests.

The approved asset library can be gated by tier and brand, while natural-language search and AI answers are scoped to a partner’s tier and products. MatrixFlows says internal fields and other partners’ data remain hidden from each partner, including from the AI’s view. That separation is important for organizations sharing a portal across distinct partner groups.

Support can run through live chat, email, video and screen sharing, with partner context carried into conversations. SSO/SAML, role- and tier-based access, and field-level permissions inherited from partner groups give administrators several ways to control visibility. Existing CRM, PRM, asset-library and training systems can be connected; registered deals can sync to a CRM. The branded portal can be deployed on a company website or its own domain without code, and one portal foundation can serve multiple brands with separate branding and language.

Pricing

All six plans are billed annually, and the Team plan has a 7-day trial. MatrixFlows has no free plan, so evaluation is time-limited rather than an ongoing no-cost option. Team starts at 50.00 USD per month and includes unlimited users. That makes it the entry point for teams that want to evaluate or run the core portal without a per-user cap.

Internal is 75.00 USD per month, External is 117.00 USD per month, Build is 167.00 USD per month, Platform is 250.00 USD per month, and Enterprise is 417.00 USD per month; each is billed annually and described as including everything in the preceding plan. The tier names suggest a progression, but the stated inclusions do not distinguish specific features or limits among those higher plans. Buyers should therefore weigh the step-up in annual commitment against their needs rather than assume a particular capability is exclusive to a tier.

Platforms

MatrixFlows supports web and API access. The API is relevant for teams connecting the portal to an existing software stack, while the web portal is the partner-facing destination.

Who it's for

This is a strong fit for channel organizations that need partner training, gated content, deal workflows and contextual support in one branded experience. Multi-brand teams and those with established CRM, PRM, asset or training systems have specific reasons to consider it. It is less compelling for a small program seeking a lasting free tier, or for buyers who need clearly differentiated plan entitlements before committing to annual billing.

Pros and cons

Pros: Certification progress can unlock tiers and content, connecting partner education to access.
Pros: Conditional deal forms, approval tracking and CRM sync support a defined registration workflow.
Pros: Tier-aware AI answers, field-level permissions and partner-data separation address differentiated access needs.
Pros: Multiple brands can share a portal foundation while retaining distinct branding and language.
Cons: There is no free plan, and the Team trial lasts only 7 days.
Cons: All listed plan prices are annual-billing monthly amounts, while higher-tier feature differences are not articulated.

Verdict

Choose MatrixFlows when a channel team needs one branded portal to connect enablement, controlled content, deal workflows and partner support, especially across multiple brands or access tiers. Its strongest case is the combination of configurable permissions and connected partner workflows. Look elsewhere if a permanent free plan is essential or if you need clearly stated plan-by-plan entitlements before taking on an annual commitment.
