Overview

Newfies-Dialer brings predictive dialing, voice broadcasting, outbound IVR and SMS together for mass outbound campaigns. Features such as press-1 transfers, voicemail detection, automatic redial and personalized text-to-speech suit campaigns that need more than a basic dial list. Scheduling, delivery reports and caller ID control add useful campaign management, while campaign- and user-level Do Not Call lists provide a practical compliance control.

FreeSWITCH provides the VoIP calling engine. The system can run on cloud or standalone servers, and multiple-server configurations support higher-capacity deployments. It can potentially deliver millions of calls per day, but actual throughput depends on carrier capacity and hardware. Broker clustering and RabbitMQ high availability, including adding workers without central configuration, are relevant strengths for teams planning distributed deployments.

Key features

The extensive API can manage virtually every feature in the user interface, making the platform a good fit for developers embedding campaign operations into their own applications. SMS integrations include Twilio, Plivo, Nexmo, Clickatell, SMSGlobal, Line1, MrMessaging, Jasmin, MessagePro, Voxtelesys and Telnyx. The range is useful for teams with provider preferences, though the API and server options make this a more infrastructure-oriented choice than a turnkey outreach app.

Multi-tenant billing supports prepaid per-minute charges and credit-card or PayPal payments, so SaaS providers can sell voice-broadcasting services to their customers. Companies running campaigns only for themselves may not need that reseller functionality. Newfies-Dialer is described as a free and open-source product, but its listed port plans are paid subscriptions.

Pricing

Plans are billed monthly, include support and training, and have no minimum-term contract. The tiers differ in concurrent ports, agent seats, tenant capacity and daily call and SMS allowances, so the right plan depends on staffing and campaign throughput as well as raw port count.

25 Ports — 299.00 USD per month: 25 ports, 5 agents, 1 tenant and 10,000 daily calls and SMS. A starting point for a small operation, but the single tenant and daily cap constrain shared-service use.
100 Ports — 499.00 USD per month: 100 ports, 10 agents, 1 tenant, inbound calling and 50,000 daily calls and SMS. It adds inbound calling and more capacity without adding tenant support.
250 Ports — 899.00 USD per month: 250 ports, 25 agents, 10 tenants, inbound calling, white labelling, a custom domain with SSL, developer APIs and 125,000 daily calls and SMS. This is the first listed tier that clearly supports a branded multi-customer service.
500 Ports — 1250.00 USD per month: 500 ports, 50 agents, 20 tenants and 250,000 daily calls and SMS.
1000 Ports — 2250.00 USD per month: 1,000 ports, 100 agents, 40 tenants and 250,000 daily calls and SMS. The port and seat counts rise, but the daily allowance matches the 500-port tier.
2000 Ports — 3499.00 USD per month: 2,000 ports, 200 agents, 60 tenants and 1 million daily calls and SMS.
3000 Ports, 4000 Ports and 5000 Ports: custom pricing, with 80, 100 and 120 tenants respectively and daily allowances of 1.5 million, 2 million and 2.5 million calls and SMS. These suit larger deployments that need capacity beyond the priced tiers.

A free plan is available, but no free-plan quota is given. The listed paid plans start at 299.00 USD per month; the higher tiers increase capacity, with the 1000-port plan notably holding the 500-port plan's daily allowance.

Platforms

Newfies-Dialer supports API, self-hosted and web access. Teams can choose cloud or standalone servers and configure multiple servers for higher capacity. That flexibility is valuable for operators that need deployment control, but it also makes infrastructure and carrier capacity part of the scaling decision.

Who it's for

The product is aimed at companies calling on their own behalf and SaaS providers offering bulk dialling and SMS broadcasting. Lead generation, call centers, political campaigns and debt collection are among its intended use cases. It is best suited to teams that need API-driven campaign control, multi-tenant billing or substantial outbound volume; a small team seeking a simple hosted calling tool may find its port-based structure more than it needs.

Pros and cons

Pros: Broad API access can connect campaign management to third-party applications; multiple deployment options and documented clustering support higher-capacity designs; multi-tenant billing supports reseller services; campaign-level Do Not Call controls help coordinate outreach.
Cons: Daily quotas can be the binding limit even when a plan has many ports, as the 1000-port tier shares the 500-port tier's 250,000 daily calls and SMS; the 25- and 100-port tiers each allow only one tenant; plans from 250 ports upward are needed for listed custom-domain SSL, white labelling and developer APIs.

Verdict

Choose Newfies-Dialer if your team needs programmable outbound campaigns, self-hosted or cloud deployment, or a multi-tenant voice-broadcasting service with customer billing. Its API, campaign controls and scaling architecture are the central reasons to consider it. Look elsewhere if your workload is modest or if the daily allowance, single-tenant entry plans or infrastructure requirements do not fit the way you operate.
