Outliner by Alfred Fritz

About

Outliner by Alfred Fritz organizes shopping lists, tasks, ideas, memos, and small projects as collapsible outlines on Android. Users can create unlimited outlines made of titled activities, with notes and due dates. Views include tree, to-do, due-date, and hashtag-grouped formats, though some require PRO. Activities can be reordered and indented; PRO adds subtree editing, sorting, and sharing. PRO also enables searches across activity names and notes, formatted notes, and synchronization with Google Tasks and Dropbox. The tutorial documents Treeline and OPML synchronization options. Import formats include CSV, Natara Bonsai, Treepad HJT, Treeline TRLN, OPML, and plain text; PRO adds HTML export. The free version has no ads, offers basic features, and does not sync. The Outliner Pro Key costs 5.00 USD per once and unlocks PRO features in the free app. The maker says outlines are stored in Android internal memory and are protected by Android security mechanisms when the device is not rooted and has a password or PIN. SD-card and Dropbox backups are unencrypted.

Who it is for

It suits Android users who want nested lists for tasks, notes, or small projects, with optional PRO tools for searching, formatting, and sync. It may also fit users who need outline import and export formats.
