About
iSecretShop is a job board and software platform that aggregates mystery shopping and other research opportunities from multiple providers. Listings include covert mystery shops, competitive price audits, merchandising, market research panels, intercept interviews, and overt audits. Shoppers can schedule assignments, complete them in the field, attach photos with geotags and date and time stamps, and submit from a mobile device. Available-shop emails, phone push notifications, and targeted geo-zones provide opportunity alerts. Access is available through iPhone and Android apps, mobile web, or a computer, so a smartphone is not required. The mobile apps are free, and the company says businesses pay for the service. Business customers can contact iSecretShop about internal audits and demonstrations; public business plan prices are not shown. iSecretShop does not pay shoppers: the companies offering assignments set their payment policies. The service is based in Spokane, Washington. The iOS listing supports iPhone and iPad and requires iOS 15.1 or later for iPhone.
